The artistic structure on the beach was removed cause the artist who made the real life equivalent tried suing Rockstar for not paying the rights to use his art piece

That's not true, that metal art was removed around a month after the launch of the game because the artist who made it didn't like it being in the game.

That harmless sending money to people got my account put on a list, I was gifted 10mil on day one of the servers going online, since was banned multiple times, reset progress and lost all real progress in online. I would be around level 600.
Fun fact: you can still give money to people online when you do challenges like king of the hill and if you go to the cash option you can give away the money you earned
Some of these were never removed or at least not for online like for the "unreleased weapons" it had a pipe wrench on the list which is obtainable in online also I still see deposit trucks all the time in single player.
