Your content has been really good lately.. I know a lol while back you expressed that you were depressed. It's nice to see your rebound like you have. Keep it up a lot of people that are new to IT learn a lot from your channel.
As someone who just finished up a couple of IT certification programs and is currently job hunting to get my IT career jumpstarted, I just want to say that your channel and content have been very helpful to me. Just wanted to comment and say thank you for doing what you do man!
First, I appreciate your sincere and advanced knowledge and wisdom about IT and in this episode, resetting the password for an employee who forgot their password. Thank you very much. Thank you very much and may you be blessed with more insight regarding IT, life, patience and kindness as you have always done. Thank you very much.
Hey man thanks for the Info. To answer your question from the beginning of the video, I believe this type of conntent is the most helpful and would appreciate it if you uploaded more skills training like this.
Awesome. 8 didn’t know about your other channel but this stuff is super helpful for someone who is still a semester away from his associates. So thanks man
holy shot dude that’s a lot of work. I’m new to IT but my company uses cloud and its so much easier everything is pretty much automatic and a lot simpler. Gotta love cloud services
Hi, I found this series very helpful. Do you have or can you recommend any more video content that's AD / Windows Server related? I'd like to learn as much as possible before starting my new job :-) Many thanks
Back in my Post-Secondary Vocational School, in a Networking environment for the IT department, we'd practice in a Lab exercise on how to manage users in the Active Directory environment in a hands-on setting...
Ok so when i i'm about to change the password for the customer should i ask him/her what the new password should be? If so then i change the password in open directory and that solves the problem. Please correct me if i'm wrong!
i dont think you need to ask the user because in the change password setting, he ticked "user must change password at next log on"...so i feel the system will automatically prompt the user to change his or her password, after logging on with the new password that was given to him.
That's what I'm thinking as well I finally find someone who can show me active directory in a way I can truly understand and once I click on the "new" channel its empty, I was hoping I could also figure out how to connect to my server on another pc so I could actually manage users but oh well.
@@gam85191 some companies still have on-prem service but Microsoft got rid of the mcsa and other certs. Everything going to cloud now, if that makes sense.

Did you delete the channel? I would really like to watch those other videos on using active directory so I could get some good practice in with it.
Thank you !
what happened to your CuriousIT channel? Checked it out and there's only 1 video?

I have a question what is difference between Help Desk and System or Server Administrator
Help desk is entry level and the other requires years of experience.
@@Itcareerquestions Thank you bro
once they get rid of MCP what's gonna be the go to cert for active directory?
everything moving to azure, learn some azure stuff and office 365 certs if you plan on doing helpdesk/system admin.
@@KevtechITSupport So the future is cloud computing rather than locally managed servers

@@KevtechITSupport thank you so much for the info, will definitely look into azure training then
Why not use password locker like lastpass enterprise or something like that ya I know there hacked also
Please add CuriousIT to your Channels tab
Thank you good idea.
Pano po kong pinalitan password
1. Have you tried turning it off and on again... 2. Sure, I can help you reset your password...ok, what do I need to learn next?:)
"Can you make sure your printer is plugged into a power outlet AND that it is powered on AND that there is paper in the paper tray?" ;)
literally the first 33% of this video was not needed.
