I think different variations of the 20 kill and 4k damage badge should be a thing. Imagine the 4k badge becoming animated based on how many 4k's you have on that legend and it turns a red color with a place that shows your peak damage on the badge like how the pred badges show what number pred someone was. Same thing with the 20 kill badge, make it evolve and become animated etc

I love how everybody be getting easy lobbies... I JUST HOPPED OFF a game of 3 Stack Preds (Horizon = 89k Kills + Path = 77k kills + Bang = 112k kills) THESE ARE NOT CAREER KILLS!!!! How does one have the time to grind kill like this????

I be getting a mix of both, just complete idiots or just try hards diamond rank+, usually I get paired up with level 5 and the enemy's will be master 😒😒
I literally got killed by Maddbro (370k kills with Path) yesterday (almost killed him btw), it's strange cause when season started matchmaking was really great (atleast for me), but when the new event came out my lobbies are just pred 3 stacks again, again and again.
@@PyonZ7 funny you mention mm. I found that rank rumble mode was the best mm I have ever played since the game inception. And that was a plat lobby.
4k/20 badges have been meaningless for like a year now. ranked badges are imo better, if you have a masters badge (that isn't szn 12 / 17), it shows that you're genuinely skilled at the game whereas a 4k/20 could just be from glitching into a bot lobby, or using one of the other various methods throughout the years.
I got szn 16 masters that still count?

Bullshit. Ranked shows that you're good at hiding in a corner for 15 minutes a match over and over. My mother can do that, and she's literally dead.

@@itachi1165when people say bot lobbies they dont mean literal bots, they’re referring to very low skill players as bots, people used (not sure if it’s still a thing) just drop off the map in consecutive matches to get themselves into low skill lobbies and farm them for badges.

Its not skill based matchmaking, its engagement based matchmaking
Its designed to keep you playing as long as it can, not to give you fair games of equal skill

Aww, the only exciting thing about Revival was the small chance I’d get the 4k/20 bomb badge. Thankfully it’s not as exciting as it use to be. Hope duos is back soon.

Badges mean nothing now. The only badges that mean anything are the ones from the first seasons that show you're a veteran. Like the week one anniversary badge. And old ranked.
Old ranked badges are outdated they are bad, 13-15 maybe 16 and season 20-22 are seasons that show skill.
LP seasons are kinda easy and season 19 is fine becuz trials

1 more thing you didn't mention and that's season kills tracker for legends not been added to BP. Some kill grinders wanna show-off by kills per season but they are no longer there.
What sucks is that i got 20 bomb on octane like an hour after the patch i was SOOO mad

My son plays Apex on his PC;
I play on Xbox SX.
We both did the challenges and earned the free Premium Battlepass.
Price of Premium+ on PC: $13.99 CAN.
Price of Premium+ on XB: $26.99 CAN.
I bit the bullet and bought it for Xbox. The community manager is incorrect about it being a visual bug and having the discount applied. I was charged full price, however, I was also given an instant 1000 Apex coins outside of the 10-level rewards. That seems to be how they’re handling it.
I’m 100% sure it was intended that you can get badges in revival mode until normal trios came back. Everyone has been talking about farming 4ks and 20s so I doubt they didn’t know about it and decided to patch it later on. It just makes sense that revival is now an ltm and not the main game mode anymore so badges won’t count like 3 strikes

the premium+ battle pass issue actually isnt just a visual error as when i go onto the checkout screen of my playstation it still says the full price and i would rather not spend full price on smth i should be getting a lot cheaper. idk if its an issue with apex itself or the playstation store but i would like for it to be fixed soon
I've had 1 really big issue, where Wattson just won't heal in mixtape, sometimes she will be most of the time she doesn't. It's a huge disadvantage to wattson and she's basically just unplayable idk if it's happening to other characters but I think it might be because they got rid of her passive where she recharges shields slowly? Idk tho
So respawn can patch this next day but can't give me my Caustic prestige skin dive trail...

20 bombs and 4ks should be like ranked badges. Just add a number depending on your highest kills. 20 bomb is still the threshold to earn the badge but if you get 30 it will show the number same as with a 10k damage game
i truly dont understand how it keeps happening, at this point i swear there's just a rogue dev that let's it slip through each time until someone like timmy makes it public
but yeah, i can't believe a single 4k 20b badge anymore. i was still sus when solos came out because the badges worked there too, but now it's everyone and their dog with a 4k badge. I only got one 4k out of it before patched (and choked another one with 3957 dmg) but that was just to open the floodgates so i know what it takes to get a real one
5:15 I just checked. It definitely is still charging 20$ for premium plus after I got the battle pass for free.
They also pushed a patch update for the wingman. Instead of doing 87 dmg per headshot its now 68 dmg per headshot
They just need to add a 25 kill badge or something and bring the badges back to the mode. Revival is 10x better than regular pubs for Solo Q players, I shouldn’t have to either grind the game until I’m the same skill level as Faide or 3 stack just to enjoy pubs.
I 100% agree. Just add more tiers to both the damage badge and the kill badge, something like 6k, 8k, 10K damage , and maybe 24 kills, 28 kills 32 kills, then maybe a unique badge for going beyond 35 kills or 10k damage. In my opinion and it is mine. Is that I think it should not matter, We should be able to earn badges in any mode. The people that can reach those milestones legitly can show it with the badges they earn regardless of mode.
I got my lifeline 2.5k damage badge before it got patched.

Appreciate the showcase of my table garret. That table took a while to figure out but absolutely free to play players are eating good, getting so many more rewards and you summarised it very well. New battle pass is a great change, we just have to stay on top of the grind if we are paying for it. Overall though respawn gets more opportunities for money and we get more rewards per season. Still would have wished they kept the treasure packs though

Letting ppl get the badges in these modes then removing the ability to a couple days later just isnt fair to anybody. Not fair to those who got it legit and not fair to those who couldnt get it in the short time frame.
Just let us get it in these other modes even if its a new specific badge.

I was so confused when my game crash and when i reloaded the game ranked was replaced with rumble, we got 1 game in before it reverted back 😅
I actually got my first 20 bomb before the new season. Was so happy. But I know it doesn’t mean the same as it used to.
When the ranked bug happened I was hit pretty hard, couldn't play ranked for 3 days. (And yes I got gray gray blue in my pack.)😢
Even if they "changed" the battle pass to look more appealing i rather buy a discount game with that money

I was able to get a few Badges during the Solo's Event hopefully we get Solo's again later this season enjoying the Trio's Revival though.

This badges have bad reputation since 8-9 season. Cus it is always a gamble when rando teammate have them - 50% they bought it or 45% it is really skilled person who rushing everything and die after 4th party,leaves, 5% skilled person who actually playing with team and have good attitude.

I don't miss duos in the slightest. It was always hell being put with a random that's absolutely useless against pre-made duos. Atleast when I was in trio's I'd get one competent player most the time, duos was 80% playing solo due to bad matchmaking
Anytime I would play trios with my friend our third random would just be completely stupid

can anyone actually confirm if you buy the premium+ pass it actually charges for half the price as on Xbox it says its $21.64 and i don't wanna spend that amount as with Xbox rewards I could get it for free with the points i've gained at its discounted price. I know the devs said it was a visual glitch and you'll be charged the appropriate amount but I don't want to risk it. Plus even with the visual glitch I may not be able to use the money I get from redeeming the points but I'd rather pay half than full.

We need to be done with the 4K 20 bombs - it’s fucking boring as fuck. We need different things to grind for. I do miss the days of skin exclusivity. Made everything you earn worth fighting for. Now I get not everything can be exclusive, but it needs to be more prevalent again.

If you mean when almost everyone hit masters because the ranked system overly rewarded ratting, then yeah it needed to be changed lol. You shouldn't get high ranks, which in theory show you are a higher skill player, if you don't have the skill.
