Lovely Kim I feel as though you and being out with nature has give me a big hug. thank you.
I'm taken by the thought that you've designed your life so you can live close to nature in the way that you wish. Good for you!
Community is so important and that is what I appreciate with your channel. Respect and support for others as one. I love the sounds of the birds in this video. I could close my eyes and focus just on the birds communicating. ❤ I am also missing a human connection which is very difficult for me to deal with. I feel very connected to your channel and community. The emotional side of photography is something that needs more attention. I thank you so much for this video. It really will help me get through some of the struggles in my life ❤
I can't believe how much of my life has been spent looking down. Down to my desk where I'm working, down to my feet to keep from tripping, down to my problems as if searching for answers required me to count the cracks in the sidewalk. Only when I became a birder 7 years ago did I learn to look up. Where did all these birds come from, I asked myself. The tops of the trees are full of them! And the multitude of stars at night, were they there all along when I was busy counting cracks?
My present focus in life is learning about photography. My arms are sore with the weak muscles I am using to lift my camera lens towards the sky, often holding still for many minutes to catch that perfect flight shot off a branch that captures the beautiful wing detail of the bird. And to get a really great flight shot, I've learned it's so important to catch the Light. To become intimately connected with what angles, time of day, and weather that are needed to give me the best representation of the lovely bird I am photographing. Light is Life. It's what makes images come alive and shine forth the very essence and soul of the bird.
It's easy to get bogged down with life and its struggles. I get it. But photography is teaching me that Light is everything. And in order to see this Light, one must learn to look up. It's the only way to see the beauty that is freely and generously given to each one of us.
Profound and much needed for me to hear this today. Thank you Kim.
Such a refreshing beautiful video, thank you for sharing.
Super encouraging video Kim 🤝
Thank you kim
Thanks Kim for a beautiful video, nature certainly does help in all aspects of life. After all we are nature ourselves! So we are reconnecting with the essence of who and what we are. Have a great week Kim!
A beautiful Sunday thought Kim, like yourself I often take myself out into nature to feel connected in the absence of human connection, I also liked the sound of the birds and the image looking up to the trees is similar to what I was doing recently 🙏
A wonderful Sunday treat. Nature is such a gift ❤
Beautiful Kim. Tis lovely just to be.
This video couldn't have come at a better time Kim, it felt like a hug in itself. It's been a transformative year for me being part of the Community ❤
Light, greenness, a little bit of a breeze, birdsong. It's good just to immerse oneself in it.
Nature heals...amen Kim

Nature is the most wonderful
Absolutely love your videos Kim your such an inspiration, May God bless you and guide you to give us more food for thought and inspiration to get out there. 👍
Kim, in this vlog it shows your transformation from a photographer to a prophet. Your understanding and appreciation of nature is becoming deeper and yes you have that awareness that others seek and sometimes can never find. Do not feel silly but joyful that you speak to the trees as many people do and find comfort and a powerful presence being amongst them. For when we are in the midst of trees, the leaves sing their song to the wind and the branches dance across the sky. The trees are telling their stories if we choose to listen. See you out there!
Your soliloquy beginning at 3:58 > connected my heart, mind and soul in harmony. What a feeling! Thank you for sharing your deepest thoughts.

Thanks Kim.
Kim, you are so true. NATURE IS INCREDIBLE!!!I have realized that my spending a few hours just outside with my camera weekly is the best. That day or afternoon resets me in such a positive way. Weither it's doing my nature, macro, abstracts or even my new venture of street photography. It's so positive for me.your so right!!!
Wishing you Blessing, love and peace Kim . You are a kind and beautiful inspiring young woman and I appreciate all your insights.
I listened to this just following the latest episode of Photographic Connections, and I had another 15 minutes of drive to work. I allowed the silence and drove quietly along, simmering in the peace that I had enjoyed. It is winter here in the Southern United States, and it has been raining for the last 3 days. The colors are so very saturated. The browns, the greens, the burgundy, and the bright copper of the American beach trees all shining. The little red buds give a gentle glow on the oaks, showing that spring is not far away. I thank you for your work, and I pray peace over you.
Thank you, yesterday walk around our village just took photos of the spring flowers just after the rain............ felt better in myself doing this
Thank you…….
Many warm and heart-felt thanks to you for this video. 💕
I like being alone in nature too tbh. Especially during sunrise! ^^
Indigenous communities have literally thousands of years connected to their natural environment. In Australia they have 60 thousand plus years of continuous connection with the land. We are now only really understanding what they have known. Without a healthy natural environment and connection to it then we are much poorer.
👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you
Thank you, Kim.
