Hi i buy a klx650c and after i open the engine i find the cam timeing chain and the exhaust camsprocket are broke and the cam was stuck or sizesed what can be the cause of the chain broke

Hi I have Klx 650c when at top speed it starts to bog and feels like it’s away to cut out let the throttle off it’s fine al the other gears when I open the bike up is fine no bog
Just when I’m holding it flat out what can this be big help If u can let me no 💪🏼
