They refused my partners visa from Uganda after we gave them everything they needed , they claim she wouldn’t return but it was proven she had to be back for a work schedule and other things , it was case closed and wouldn’t even communicate with me unless I appealed a completely wrong decision and paid $900 for appeal , I’ve since found out for a fact they will refuse a few times hoping to collect more fees and other corrupt racist decisions , the ones doing it the illegal ways have more chance to stay here and that is facts 😡

You need to apply for a more permanent visa such as a Subclass 309; much better chance of success
