But wouldn't you be pissed , I got home the hoodies moved across the street from me renting, the guy rent his house section 8. $2000. the kids put a bball goal on the curb and all the kids put their stuff in my mailbox phones and etc. My grass was cut and sprayed and green they sitting in my driveway. I pulled in and cut the sprinkles on, hoa stop them from renting section 8, $200k home I couldn't get $150k because the break in started ol yea, the 6 months they was there my house was broken in twice and they walked out with a 70 inch TV, at 12 o'clock in the day , it was always 8 to 10 people outside in there yard 24/7 I know they did it or saw who did , , the hoa couldn't save that subdivision I hate to say once my black families moved in, rayray and pokie started the down fall of it, no one was paying hoa fees ,the avg price of the home are $250k now and no more hoas and it's a hot mess, I'm glad 6 yrs ago I took the upside-down and sold.

For starters why anyone would have an HOA and sign off on extra rules is beyond me. Not now or ever a problem I would have, but if I did, I wouldn't itchB about the stuff I agreed to coming to pass. Thats literally what you signed up for you wanted to join a prep group.
The internet has ruined people TBH. You cant recycle food soiled cardboard. Yall all missing the point trying to petty and funny. That dude was trying to do him a solid that he wasn't obligated to do. He's clearly informed him before what's what and he knew dude was gonna be stupid, so he took the time to be clear. When he said that's a lot of money, he was referencing the possible amount of multiplying however many boxes that was times the fine amount per item probably. Its all this defensive immature energy that assumed he was counting dudes pockets on how much he spent on pizza. FOH. Nobody cares about that. If anything he was counting the amount of fine money that wkuld be missing from dude's pockets if he broke rules he signed up for when he agreed to live there.
Ocho could put them in the recycling bin all he want. He would watch the trash person put them in with the trash because grease soaked cardboard isnt recyclable no matter what some pizza place decides to print on theie boxes. First off, they printed recycle as branding for the all people naive enough to think that means something. Its to cover the fact that its not green. Many companies do that. An actual legitimate standardized recycling code has an associated number coded signifier on it. That BS recycle printed on that box is as good as part of a marketing label much like a supplement saying it'll make you gain however much muscle or melt fat ofgf of you but right under the actual supplement facts on the back it'll say the FDA hasn't approved statements. People really just say anything without using critical thinking. What's worse is this "homeowner" chose to be beholden to those rules. Why anyone would pay people to be told what they can't do and how they should do why they can do is anybody best guess, but I don't pity any of em. Got what you asked for.

A co-worker lived in a hoa and invited 10 of us to his housewarming. He needed car models and plates, could only have so many guest cars and suggested we rideshare. And you had to leave by a certain time. I didn't go, it was too ridiculous for me. I heard the turn out was low, the nosey ones went.
