Pippen had a massive growth spurt in his early 20's, he went from playing shooting guard to shooting forward in the NBA. But even in the NBA he played like a guard because of his short past.

His growth spurt is probably due a late growth spurt/puberty. I'm sure like my cousin he was 5"7 at a really young age and then got his growth spurt late. His father or grandfather was probably very tall.
It depends. My grandfather was 6'3", i was 5'10 until 17, shot up to 6'4" by age 20. My younger brother however never grew beyond 5'7. My dads 5'7, moms 5'1.

+Andrew C. he basically said that he was training in a rich part of the city and it help him getting know in basketball

He was just a late bloomer
I was 172 cm when i was 18
And when i was 19 same thing happend to me i started to grow like really fast now im 2.06cm (don t just pray to god the strange thing is image how real men should look like and then do anything that you can to boost your testosteron the highest testosteron in men are in 20s think about this every second you can that s all i can give)

@@Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrw well. i exercised a lot (so i probably secreted a lot of hgh, but dont overtrain though). i also ate very well and slept 8 hrs every night. i dont think it was genetics cuz my parents are not tall
