I was 5 when my parents took me to see this movie. My mom used to say. It played for 3-4 years at our local cinema in rotation with other movies. And my father would watched it over and over again when it played at "Panggung Wayang Kapitol" in Kangar, Perlis, Malaysia. My father passed away in July.
This movie and this song will always be special to me. It remind me of my father and my Mom.

I got a buddy there by the name of Abdu Rehman Sow, who was a local African from Sinegal and whose friend sung this song in full rhythm. That was my first time I listened to this song. Amazing voice.
