The pilot DVD is hard to find at a reasonable price. I got lucky around 2011 and found it at a Goodwill Outlet for only about 50 cents. Volumes 1 and 2 I bought on EBay and Amazon for about 5 dollars each. The complete series set came from SleeveMedia.
I wasn't a fan of the Dark Knight returns films initially, but this year I watched both again and decided to buy the deluxe dvd edition dvd. I also like that the films are available in a Batman Triple feature set so there's tons of options. I see you have first edition Vol. 1 of Filmation Superman, does it skip like mine did?
My Filmation volume 1 never skipped. Batman Long Halloween is getting an animated release in two parts just like Dark Knight did. I put the 1st part in my Amazon wish list.
