During this trip, I had the opportunity to visit and enjoy the specialties on Thi Tuong lagoon, where is known as Sea Lake of Western Region. The water here is salty all year round. On the lake, Ca Mau people raise a lot of blood clams and saltwater aquatic products, because of the richness of the sediment of the lagoon, fish and shrimp here are very delicious and rich.
Run a motorcycle around the lagoon to learn more about the life of the people, I decided to row to the middle of the lagoon by machine boat for lunch, this is a special restaurant, you will not know what dishes the owner cooks each day, everything is very rustic and sincere. Watching the slow life of the people on the sea water lake and eating the specialties here is a wonderful experience on this Ca Mau trip.
