You reminded me of K-On and so I went back and watched it again, having picked up an Epiphone LP Trib+ at that time I started to play. Basically trying to copy your cover. All these years later and I not only have a proper Gibson LP Standard in the same spec as Yui; I also have it signed on the neck (from my Holiday in Japan) by Toyosaki Aki herself. She was such a lovely person and gave me a big hug for my Giitah. Without you none of that would have been possible. K-on is a big deal for me now for obvious reasons and I’m actually in the process now of re-learning many of these songs on Keyboard (playing on Korg Kronos 2 / 88) and its going really well. I just wanted to say thanks for being the thing that drove me to overcome my fear of failure and learn to play so many instruments. Every little thing we do, goes much further than we think. Sadewo 15 As long as you focus only on the positives and happy emotions that the show intended to convey you will succeed. It isn’t easy but with constantly trying and not giving up eventually it just happens. With the world we have, its important to remember that we have to create our own bubble and make the things around us the way we want them to be. Ignoring all the negatives that can get in the way, whilst focusing on the good things that made us love the show and the spirit it invokes in those that participate in it. Much like the journey of Azusa, Mugi, Yui, Mio and Riichan. We have to learn to see and make all the things that we dream of along the way, become reality. Find your own Budokan. Good luck. With enough love and determination you can find your own K on spirit in life. Trust me. I did it myself.
