Once bitten, twice shy for me. Javi's made me a little nervous about long term deals. Obviously, it would be better if we could fix what's wrong with Tork and Baez and we'd have the RH bats we need. They have both had good years (year, in Tork's case) so we know the ability is there. Bregman has shown he can do it over time, but Baez looked like he had, too. Plus it's easy to spend other people's money.

Tigers do not have an idea, if they want Sakai, they need to show him they have a team ready to shoot for the World Series!

Baez is a gimpy bum and Tork is a stiff and a bust. Pay Bregman what he wants.

Yes this offseason is a complete failure. Couple peanut signings will be dealt at the trade deadline for a 9th straight year. I want my tigers tattoos removed or covered up. Not raising any kids up to cheer for such a losing organization, bottom 5 in payroll again today, after making the playoffs when they tired to tank. They couldn’t even try and make the team a little better. Zero hope right now. You’d need another miracle to make the playoffs with this roster and 10 more to win it. An article just came out detailing how the Jolly Green Giant didn’t wear a tigers jersey when they just made the playoffs because it would’ve cost the franchise a measily 25 thousand…. Embarrassing organization Illitch shouldn’t be allowed to own a team just a greedy bastard.
