- Hey there, heres a shitty video of my toyota corolla sr5 accelerating, it's not much to see, and don't be bitching I didn't slam my gears, this aint a honda and I'm not racing anybody. Also, it does not help my car has oversized rims/tires, it's making my car even slower. Still a ton of fun!

The Toyota Corolla GT-S came with the 4A-GE fuel injected engine. but with that they also had a beefier diff. A mistake my brother made when he swapped to an 4A-GE and kept the smaller weaker 4A-C diff and after a number of hard take offs and burn outs the diff blew since it was meant to handle 90hp that came on the 4A-C and not the 128hp that comes with the 4A-GE. 38hp difference.
So prevent yourself a nightmare and also swap the diff. if you ever plan on doing a swap.

Well, my celica is really fast but is a 1.6L engine, but maybe the american version has a 4ac, i saw the other day an american hachiroku with a 3A engine.

the celica did come with a 4age motor in america I believe, i think we had a gts version out here, im not too sure.
yes, there was a GTS version here in america. Japan had the GT-four.

You are the slow because I have this motor 4AC & my best time in 0-60 is 14 seg
Of course its slow. Don't expect it to be a 4A-GE
The 4ag is not much faster, I would even say insignificantly faster lol especially in stock trim
