I live on a lake and have a 14 room house for martins on a pole by the shore. It's booked solid every year. I think they have dog fights between each other and they also love to dive bomb my cat. Fun to watch.
No starlings (thanks to the entrances), and no house sparrows - just happy, healthy Martins. Great work BBO! Question - was that particular house custom made for BBO? It looks really good, and I've not seen that particular style on the market.

After more closely analyzing the features, I realized it's based on the popular "North Star" house, which was originally designed by a gentleman not far from you in Wetaskiwin. The one in this video has some added enhancements, like the protective awnings above each compartment entrance. Thanks again for posting the great video!
