Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Little salt
Dhaba Style Chicken Masala:
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbs
Mustard oil - 4-5 tbsp
Bay leaves - 2-3
Dry red chilli - 3
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 1
Clove - 5-6
Black pepper - 8-10
Cinnamon stick
Mace - small piece
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Sliced onion - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 3tbsp
Green chilli - 3-4
Tomato - 2
Salt to taste
Water for gravy
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Coriander leaves
Curd - 2tbsp (low flame)
Dry fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi) - 2tbsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
