I think the interesting thing about Teemo into Ambessa, is yes she'll dump all her abilities on you, but with blind she'll be out of energy since she will miss autos. It's a soft counter, but yeah I think Teemo wins all ins especially since she can't get away. Could bait her into shrooms too pretty easily.
