The two gentlemen are the top executives of Tower Records Japan. They are conducting an annual event where they interview the "graduating" seniors (3rd year middle school) of the J-pop Idol group Sakura Gakuin. Sakura Gakuin is an age-limited group of grades 5 through 9 (the "growth years"). Sakura Gakuin translates as Cherry Blossom Academy and has the theme of a Girls school. As such their activities are arranged to coincide with the usual School year (nendo) of April through March. It is unique in having a hard age limit for membership. The Kawaii-metal band Babymetal started in 2010 as a subunit of Sakura Gakuin becoming a separate group under the Amuse talent agency when lead vocalist Suzuka Nakamoto (Su-metal) graduated in March 2013. The president of Tower Records, the gentleman on the right, was particularly a fan of Moa Kikuchi (a.k.a. Moa-chan, Moametal) a past Sakura Gakuin member and a continuing member of Babymetal. この頃の動画では大賀が強烈過ぎたので、忘れていた。
