Hi - just building one now, great review so thanks. Did you use the stock pushrod and pull pull hardware or was there anything that you thought needed beefier gear? Aluminium servo arms etc, different control horns? I know it’s been a while since you posted it!
Hi, thanks for the comment. Yes I used all the stock push rods and pull pull hardware. I thought they were really good quality. The only thing I did was I used metal gear digital servos and yes I used aluminium servo arms. I also used the stock hinges which I thought were brilliant. I didn’t use the stock fuel tank. It’s a great plane so enjoy it :)
@@themachine225 Hi Moshir, I have built it with batteries up against the firewall - 2 x 2200 2c lipos and 1 x 1600 life for ix, set all my rates and started to break in my dle30. It is going to need a hell of a load of weight up front to balance in front of 110mm…like nearly 1kg. Did you find you had to add anything like this??
@@nickstock6336 hi no I didn’t have to add any weight at all. It’s was pretty much perfectly balanced. 1kg is a lot of weight! I don’t have this plane anymore but are you sure you checking the CG in the correct part?
@@themachine225 pretty sure - 95-110mm back from leading edge though in fairness we were checking how it balanced at 100mm back and didn’t realise it was from the wing tip not against the fuse - and that wasn’t inverted. Still think as I have it set up, it’s asking for 800gish without cowl. Strange
Hi, I do not have this plane anymore. But it’s a great plane and I had a lot of fun with it. I used the standard exhaust that came with the OS GT33. And I used 55mm stand offs. I had no issue fitting the engine on the firewall. It fitted perfectly first time.

what mufler and stand offs you are using? Are you had some firewall and exhaust fitting issues and how you solve it?

What is the dimensions of the proppeller?
Gris Appha hi I tried loads of different sizes and the best one I found for 3D flying was 20x8, 18x10 was better for speed but not 3D
