Great video! I still can't believe a route that I've ridden an endless amount of times between 2010 and 2017 now has artic buses. Wish this was back in my times but I'll catch a ride soon. At 5:15, I never knew buses had a force close option. Do you know how that works? Are they just constantly hitting the close switch repeatedly? Maybe older models do the but I never heard that door release sound trigger off that fast multiple times like that.
A lot of the 4700 series XD60s look really beaten up. Hopefully they get a mid-life overhaul of some sort.
So staten Island is the Borough that don't have articulate 60 ft buses
Which other lines do you think should get the Articulated bus? IMO I feel the B13 needs them too I see them packed heavy
Them Gun Hill units look like they been through woods in Staten Island

The b6 if anything
6:05 - What’s up with the +SBS Flashing Lights?
“I’m blinded by the lights..”
That was always an issue with the 4700's when one or both lights would activate.
Embarque pelas portas traseiras???
what is the next articulated route gonna be? for brooklyn NY?
And I was told that GA also got some old gens from ENY. I doubt it.
They did. I was the one that put that information out there. 5 OGs, 4814 and 3 7100s. They're most likely not for service, but for maintenance.
Oh I see. Makes sense.
These must be a pain on the 86 Street portion
Doesn't seem like it honestly. I rode it last night and they seemed fine.
ShaneAkACaitSith810 It feels so good to have XD60s present in Ulmer Park.
That's awesome.
