Jeff Malone's game-winner will never be topped. What a save from Darren Daye's errant pass and shot it. I'm still wondering where did he actually land after firing up that shot.
@@JermaineSaundersUConn No it doesn't. Defense is still being played. There is a lot more happening on the court than dudes throwing the basketball into the hoop.
Based on all these best shots in NBA history videos I've seen today, I think it's safe to argue that that Jeff Malone buzzer beater from 1/3/1984 game against the Pistons is the greatest shot in NBA history, full stop.
My grandfather was a retired federal government worker at the Gov't Printing Office in downtown D.C., a cab driver in the evenings on the side, as well as a die hard Washington Bullets fan. We would either watch the game in his room over a bag of cooked peanuts, popcorn, brownies, pizza, or whatever we decided to munch on during the game, or while listen to home games on the radio, if we didn't watch live at the old Capital Centre. The radio call I think was by long time announcer, Mel Proctor. My grandfather was loosing his mind, and I was as a pre-teen at the time, trying to visualize the shot heard throughout D.C. that night. We saw the highlights on Channel 9 with the late Glenn Brenner. My jaw just dropped, and in the post game interview he joked "I practice that shot all the time." A few days later as my grandfather was picking up fares, one of his passengers was of course, Jeff Malone at the old Washington Bullets/Capitals store on Connecticut Ave. N.W. According to my grandfather, Jeff was very cool and humble, as they had a long conversation not just about basketball, but about life and their upbringings, with both being originally from the southern part of the U.S. Sorry for the long post, but that moment just took me back for one of my best bonding moments with my grandfather.
+Raphael Sanzio who the fuck are you trying to tell us to pass the first grade? I just asked a simple ass question and than your dumbass has to come in with all this unorthodox cursing and calling everyone stupid. OK it was my bad I didn't loom at the description. WOOP-DE-FUCKIN-DOO.
The greatest part about the Rasheed Wallace shot was all the people that left the game and all the people in the stadium getting in they cars had no idea what they missed. Never leave a game early! That was an amazing shot.
+Michael Roberts Realize that you are speaking to the official NBA youtube account, they know what they are doing. and what about the rule change where you cant shoot past 0.3 seconds.
+Crazymoni Well.....lets look at the video. The first, Jordan leaves one second on the clock. The second there is 3.7 left on the clock. Mcgrady leaves 1.2 seconds. I will say again....NOT A BUZZER BEATER. Thanks for your input, douche.
this list is atrocious does anyone really wanna see lucky ass heaves from half court? for the record, NONE of the following shots are on the list jordan "THE SHOT" (how in gods name is this not here) game 5 1989 first round, jordan game 1 1997 finals, stockton game 6 1997 western conference finals, magic game 4 1987 finals, sampson game 5 86 western conference finals, horry 2002 western conference finals game 4, kobe game 4 first round (two buzzer beaters, one to tie, one to win) and if you were gunna make it current you must consider lillard game 6, lebron vs pacers, lebron vs magic game 2, ray allen game 6...i wouldnt be so riled up but this is the official nba channel lol
In fact, for some reason that I can't understand, they have switched the audio in this tape. "Magic hits the three pointer" audio is from a different shot of his. Here it does not matter that it was a two.
In this video specifically, the Jeff Malone video is the craziest. When u actually watch that game and then see that shot, that actually is one of the craziest NBA shots in history.
The other 2 close fun games that were really exciting was when Rondo vs Rose. Dont remember what yr it was but the Bulls vs Celtics was a great series. Both Pt guards were going@each other. The LA & Boston series was pretty exciting also. That 1 game when Boston cameback was the most ridiculous comeback ever.I mean Pt difference. This Spurs & Heat series is my favorite of all time.Cant wait for game 7 :) I think Heat will win cause of homecourt&the Lebron factor.
Jeff Malone's shot was my favorite of these compilations. Ralph Sampson's shot to dethrone the Lakers and put the Rockets in the 1986 finals should have made the cut though
that last one is insane
Terrible pass, miracle shot.
These are the kinds of videos that u don't want to end
I know Im kind of randomly asking but do anybody know a good site to watch new series online ?
@Issac Jaxtyn Flixportal =)
@Kellen Ralph thanks, I signed up and it seems like a nice service :D I really appreciate it !!
@Issac Jaxtyn glad I could help xD
Jeff Malone's game-winner will never be topped. What a save from Darren Daye's errant pass and shot it.
I'm still wondering where did he actually land after firing up that shot.
That last one man, how the hell did he made it? Unbelieveble...
That's the What the Hell shot...lol
*****
Umut Alptekin especially in an era where the 3 point shot was hardly used
That man was Jeff Malone.
im not hating but I dont think magic johnsons three was a three
Yeah it wasnt
+John Owen Clearly wasn't.
Im a lakers fan and it wasnt....
right foot on line
I am a laker fan, and is obviously wasnt
Some of these aren't "Buzzer Beaters", just Game Winners.
Game winners are the same as buzzer beaters except they're shots that have won the match lol.
+Shenuka Jayamanne They're not the same, buzzer beater mean the shot beats the buzzer, I could hit a game winner with a minute left on the clock.
+Jermaine Sanders yeah but if you do it at 1 min left the other team will still have a chance to get some shots in
Maria Sunga It still counts as a game winner if no other shots are made.
@@JermaineSaundersUConn No it doesn't. Defense is still being played. There is a lot more happening on the court than dudes throwing the basketball into the hoop.
I'll never forget that wade shot
kdad360 well you gotta hold onto that memory as long as you can, cuz your team is obviously a bunch of nobodys without LeBron lol
im a cavs fan but i can almost gurantee that mia will put cle or atl out first round
sure they might be able to get lucky for a series... but that doesn't mean theyre good haha
kdad360 -didn't make playoffs at all-
DCW01rocks AHHHHHAHAHAHAHAAHA
Imagine how fricin amazing it would feel to it a shot like these
nba, make a new version of this since this is 5 years old
lol... This list is 13 years old, and it might be hard to bump out some classics.
No, it's 5 years old
Dude, make a new version of this comment since this is 5 years old.
Andrew Reegs I’m glad I’m not the only one to make that connection haha
Andrew Reegs dude it’s been a year make a new version already
Dear NBA,
Fisher vs the kings in the playoffs 0.4 seconds left hand. One of the best buzzer beaters of all time.
Thanks,
Kings fan
Fisher's shot was against the Spurs, though Horry had one 2 years prior against the Kings.
Paxton Rodriguez yeah my bad was vs the spurs right after tim duncans epic shot i think he was being double teamed too and he drained with 0.4 left
It was back in the days where the kings vs lakers in the west conference finals always happened and the serbs always lost :(
Its regular season only
+King L. Highlights he was a lefty...
Magic Johnson had literally half his foot on the line
The Lakers were down by 1 so why does it matter? 😂😂😂 Chick Yearn called it a 3, but Magic only got 2 points and the Lakers won by 1.
1:19 audio was from a different brodcast. The audio was from another Magic Johnson Buzzer beater vs Nuggets
Based on all these best shots in NBA history videos I've seen today, I think it's safe to argue that that Jeff Malone buzzer beater from 1/3/1984 game against the Pistons is the greatest shot in NBA history, full stop.
Derrick Fisher's 0.4 second game winner?
some weren't even buzzer beaters
Victor K ikr
no derek fisher 0.4 -____-
regular season not playoffs bitch
TheKomet123 no need to be an ass about it
albert jones OK bitch
albert jones You're*, Thank you bitch
TheKomet123 Somebody's on their period lol
Jerry West's game-tying shot behind halfcourt in the FINALS will always be THE MOST UNDERRATED CLUTCH BUZZER BEATER EVER.
Derek Fisher's 0.4 says hello
that was invalid. The clock did not start right away.
@@lyanbv your comment is invalid. This comment is almost 4 years late.
@@user-jt2is1by4t learn grammar. It's never too late.
magic's foot on line
the announcer made a mistake only down by 1
i know, just said it for fun, i was bored
Darius Doda But... you're still wrong.
Callum Ellery NO, YOUR FOOT WAS ON THE LINE!
Wow! This is very amazing and unbelievable shots did by the players on their last second of the game.
0:40 Larry birds; so much extra time! He took way more than 2 seconds
J_ordan21 It would be like 2.8 seconds
J_ordan21 It was in slow motion, bro.
Magic hit a two not a three...
I agree, Magic had a foot on the line
Ya just look at his foot
Charon u need to stick to the subject
Yeah, he had his foot on the line
still a good shot doe
Where the hell are Kobe's TWO buzzer beats over Portland in 04????!

What about Derek Fisher's 0.4 shot?
And no Kobe.. they just hating on LA
Grant Moore fuck kobe
Sergio Catalan fuck you bitch
Sergio Catalan hatin on kobe because he's good. get a life as good as his then we'll talk
and Robert Horrys buzzer beater vs Sacramento...
Larry Bird's three pointer in the corner with no time left is one of the greatest shots, EVER.
what about Tyrese Evans game winning buzzer beater against the Grizzlies???
Tyreke*
Dumbass NBA posted this video in 2009. Tyreke's game winner was in 2010. Use some common sense
+Raphael Sanzio he said what about, as in why is it not on there. You answered his question. You are dumb. Those things are mostly unrelated
+Raphael Sanzio who the fuck are you trying to tell us to pass the first grade? I just asked a simple ass question and than your dumbass has to come in with all this unorthodox cursing and calling everyone stupid. OK it was my bad I didn't loom at the description. WOOP-DE-FUCKIN-DOO.
cause tyreke evan's Long range buzzer beater is from 2010 and the upload date is 2009
Last shot was absolutely gorgeous!
Magics running three wasn't even a three lol his foot was like a foot inside
Ikr I was thinking the same thing
TheKYRw Ref called it a 2
+TheKYRw u pause @1:26 it is a 3
+TheKYRw i saw it too i was like wtf his foot is inside
+Aditya Parmar It's a 2. Pause at 1:25, he takes off with his right foot on the line.
3:04 When I relize its saturday
lol
When I realized you spelled realize wrong -_-
When I realize your a picky ass bitch
+BloxxyGamer when you become even more salty after realizing you spelled "you're" wrong
+John Hanx When I realize who even gives two damn shits about grammar on the internet, you autistic ass bitch..?
Its not a buzzer beater if there is 1 second left in the game. ughh
Lol it still counts as one cause the other team won't have any time to shoot unless they do an ally oop when they take it out
+Maria Sunga not accurate at all...a lot of buzzer beaters were made with less a second left on the clock.
Actually buzzer beater needs to be made when the buzzer ringing, of course must be in 4th quarter or OT along with winning shot
If Jeff Malones shot was Bird, Magic, Jordan ... it would be on every commercial and highlight film ever. What a shot.
What!!!...No.1 should be michael jordan's buzzer beater againts Monstar in Space Jam !!!
Commentator went full Daniel Bryan at 3:04
Daniel Bryan ( as known as Bryan Danielson) might have stolen that call from Pistons announcers George Blaha.
Listen to 3:04-3:12 with your eyes closed...
Those buzzer beaters are awesome!!!
where is fishers .4 second buzzer beater at???????
Damian Lillard 2014 Playoffs vs Rockets? Unreal.
This video was made in 2009 lol
Juan Valerio and Jason oh. And thanks 4 pointing that out. 😀
Random Videos Studios Np, and yeah it was unreal
How is Derek fishers 0.4 sec shot not in here
The greatest part about the Rasheed Wallace shot was all the people that left the game and all the people in the stadium getting in they cars had no idea what they missed. Never leave a game early! That was an amazing shot.
Might wanna check out a guy named Lillard for part 2.
3:57 "OH MY GODNESS WHAT A SHOT"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I believe Frank Daly said, "Malone throws up a brick left side..."
I remember when i made my first buzzer beater. everyone was screaming what are you doing. lol
All these jumps and shoots are amazing
Magics shot was definitely not a three. Now we have replay review.
It was ruled a two by the refs. It was only the announcer who thought is was a three
Still a game-winner.
So I'm guessing Kobe gets his own video of buzzer beaters?
have you ever noticed.... in all the old videos, everyone is wearing white shoes?
Looool
King L. old comment. i was dumb and a noob back then
The celtics wore black shoes in the 60's
it is the reason why Jordan's shoes were banned they didn't have enough white in them. that is why they are wearing white shoes
+Olahcomestasimiahjuanmartines no he just had to pay 5000 dollars a game to wear his shoes
that last one was a miracle
I guess you dont understand the definition of BUZZER BEATER.
If there is time left on the clock it is not a buzzer beater.
Ok 3 of how many? Please refrain from the bad language and please tell me how i was being a "douche"?
No Jerry West half-court buzzer beater in the 70 finals? No D-Fish against the Spurs in 2004?
Oh 2009 BC....Before Curry.
Haha
Those were great shots !
3:06 - 3:08 Daniel Bryan ??
Yep sadly
YES! YES! YES! YES!
Where's fisher against suns 0.4
On the description, it says that nba's regular season buzzer beater best. Derek Fisher 0.4 shot is in the playoffs.
You meant to say against the spurs
Spurs* lollllllllllllllllllll
RogueDog these arent even buzzer beaters
Did anybody catch that Magic Johnson's foot was clearly over the line for a 3 ?@1:30
0:57 - 1:17
For the people who don't know, look up "Tracy McGrady 13 points in 35 seconds" on youtube. You'll understand why its a great buzzer beater
Where is fishers 0.4?
lol kobe wasn't in this at all? take this L nba... he's one of the most clutch greats
Actually hes one of the most "unclutch" shooters, according to NBA stats., for buzzer beaters
where is derrick fisher 0.4 shot
Because he knew it would make the highlight that much sweeter!
What about Derek fishers 0.4 second shot
what about derek fisher's 0.4 shot?
reg season only
kobe against Miami
That Jeff Malone shot at the end, unreal
3:43 fail😂
Watches 1st 2. Not buzzer beaters.
Watches rest of video. Missing Derek Fisher.
It says in the description that it is regular season buzzer beaters not playoff ones
Daniel McMorrow
Your point?
SiLenT366 look at Jadon Eugenes comment
Got it.
A lot of non buzzer beaters, a lot of game winners shot but not buzzer
Why does your name go through the suggested videos?
This is why the NBA is so awesome.
The moment these cowards at 3:18 realized they just missed one of the best buzzer beater of the history.
lmao! haha thanks for pointing that out. thats what they deserve!
magic hit a 2 pointer smh

Doesn't matter the channel, if the title reads "NBA's All-Time Best Buzzer Beaters" then they had better be so. Fuck the false advertising bullshit
Of course Damian Lillard's buzzer beater were on 2009, yep
omigroom i said "and if you were gunna make it current", meaning if they wanted to add buzzer beaters that had happened since this video was put up
The description says Regular Season only but, i do agree those shots should be put in this vid
Summer Jenkins ahh true. well i hope this channel feels free to use my suggestions and make a playoff buzzer beater list lol
In fact, for some reason that I can't understand, they have switched the audio in this tape. "Magic hits the three pointer" audio is from a different shot of his. Here it does not matter that it was a two.
Not a single Kobe buzzer beater?! Is this a fake video!?
U ain't Chris Smoove BABY!!!!!
Ali Espiritu I can dream...
Ali Espiritu lol
that final one is incredible
I remember watching that game. It was amazing! Funny because the announcers never get that excited haha.
the game with .1 seconds left by the knicks was impressive
also that last clip with the corner three pointer
3:50 Now THAT'S the perfect time to try and make a highlight halfcourt no-look pass, with the game on the line lmao
NBA , holy carp, thank u for picking these ones(1s)!
These guys are poppin wit the buzzer beaters I wish I was in the NBA right now.LOL.
Jeff Malone's shot at the end was crazy
The Jeff Malone buzzer beater always give me the chills lol
"LETS IT GO FOR 333333"!! that was the most best and dramatic commentator ever.
the juxtaposition of the buzzer beater and the awful high five fail celebrating the shot at 3:43 is great
chauncey billups game-tyer against new jersey nets (2004 playoffs) is so underrated. game tying half court three pointer..
what happened to fishers 0.4 shot against san antonio?
2;59 buzzer beater is AMAZING
I love how excited the announcer is at 3:30
the last two were awesome
That last one was just awesome
I remember the T-mac one where he scored 13 points in a few seconds including that buzzer beater :D
Vince Carter buzzer shot against san Antonio was amazing last night
As a Nets fan, I'll never get tired of 3:24
Why did I watch this video after 11 years
Where's VC vs Raptors? Or the one vs the Hawks?? They were amazing!
