Great video! Blu does include all the needed accessories
Thanks for doing the review this would be a good phone for Travel as a second phone just loaded up with music and movies but like other people have commented they’re horrible on software updates and security patches
Great review. I've had different BLU phones before, but it looks like they thought out what new features were most important this time.
I like that a case and screen protector are included.
I used to have a Blu g91 pro the cases that come with these phones are actually pretty decent and apparently blu is either making their own or getting someone to make them because they have Blu written on them :) they make some of the best phones in that price range

Thanks for the video! This device looks feature packed and appears to actually have all the bands for T-Mobile which is often an issue with unlocked devices. The one big drawback I noticed was the video quality. Does it happen to have some sort of image stabilization? Props to Blu for making a device that is feature complete
BLU is one of the most unpredictable companies when it comes to software updates. I purchased the G9 pro a few years ago and I absolutely love the phone. However, they did update it from Android 9 to Android 10. Figuring that they had rededicated themselves to updates I mistakenly replaced my G9 pro with the g90 pro because they promised to update it to Android 11. Of course, that promise was broken and I still have not received that update. Honestly, I really have enjoyed the g90 pro but, I miss my G9 pro and wish I had it back. They really need to become way more consistent with software updates. Because of this fact, I've kind of become somewhat jaded when it comes to this company. Although, I do love the fact they give you everything in the box. I just wish they would be more honest about updates to their devices.
Good luck with the updates I've had this phone G9 pro and I'm still on Android 10 haven't had a security update since 12/5/22. I need to get another photo but if Blu products don't give updates each yr. I might have to found a different company and paying 300 is not worth it
@@Mic-iz1gz I already moved on to a OnePlus 11. Take care.
@@dr.fitprofessor4363 what do you think about the OnePlus
@@Mic-iz1gz Honestly, my experience with OnePlus is a completely different experience than the one I had with BLU. Although, the phones that I purchased from BLU we're always used as my secondary device. However, I have been using a OnePlus 8T for the last couple of years and I love it. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to purchase another OnePlus device.
A couple of months ago I decided to purchase the OnePlus 10 Pro and I thought it was amazing. Although, I bought the highest model and I really didn't like the price that I paid for it on amazon. However, I was within the return date when I found out about the release of the 11. To that end, I sent back the 10 Pro and pre-ordered the 11. In addition, I wound up paying roughly about $170 less for the 11.
As far as the 11 is concerned, I think it is the snappiest and by far and away the smoothest device I've ever used. I can't even express in words how impressed I am with it. I absolutely love the quad HD screen and the battery and charging technology are amazing. Literally, this phone charges in right around 25 minutes from 0%. Furthermore, my 8T can charge completely in less than 40 minutes. When it comes to charging technology they are far and away ahead of the game. In addition, the build quality of their devices are incredible. They look quite classy and very elegant. I decided to get the Titan black for the 11 and I love it. If you were thinking about one of their devices then I would wholeheartedly endorse them.
Bought my Blu g90 pro October 2020, been a awesome phone for 200 bucks... Never slowed down, the charging port is starting to wear but it does have wireless charging also! I'm upgrading to this phone, I'm on Metro by T-Mobile, my Blu g90 had a video issue recording audio a few seconds off from video and I called Blu customer support and they were awesome and fixed my phone in 5 minutes. I recommend this company, thanks for reading this and thanks for the content brother!
Thank you for the review. It was a fair review and presented in proportion with price to feature & performance, which adds to the nice review. Blu, if you're reading this, star updating your phones regularly.
This is a great phone. Purchased it because my old phone broke. Wasn't ready to upgrade but this was an affordable phone that I'm very happy with so far. Hoping for hard cases to be made soon because I want to turn it into a tank.
Estaba esperando tu video
Just picked this up and trying to figure out how to use the wide angle camera. Doesn't seem to be an option but I might just be confused
How does this compare to the Motorola one 5g ace? I'm looking for a new phone under 300$ and this one looks better.
😎👍 That really is a nice phone and has everything I would need. But will be hanging on to the Moto g pure for a while longer.
Nicely done. Thank you.
Hey I just want to ask, do you still use this phone?
There is a problem I have with my phone that when gaming (mostly during side-ways games) when pulling down on the status bar or navigation bar, it causes the top of the screen to get blocked by the status bar. This is infuriating because when I'm trying to shoot in codm or playing a game, I can't access anything at the top. Is it just me?
Since I don't rely on Android updates, it looks like a decent enough phone for me.
Question: you posted this a while ago, so I'm not sure if you remember, but I'm looking for an affordable phone to use abroad while I study. My biggest priority is the camera, and I'm debating between the Blu S91 Max and F91. Is the S91 max camera noticeably better, or is it negligible? Thank you for the great reviews, they're super helpful! (Also really nice you pointed out the case and screen protector: I almost bought those separately!)
How does this compare to the G91 Max camera? Is the autofocus better?
This would be my 3rd BLU, however the video's slow focus has me worried. Thank you for the review.
I'm looking for an unlocked phone. If I don't get this, is there another phone you'd recommend?
The phones looks good awesome review
Can you do a review on the blu F92e 5g. I need to know if it's worth it. I have a blu g9 pro at the moment.
Thank you!
What is the security support on this? Like 2 years?
Thank for the review. Always good to have another option in the bargain brand
That are 5g compatible.
My wife has a Blu phone and it's been great. It's time to upgrade, but without Android 12, I'll have to pass on the F91 5G. Too bad, it looks great. My Umidigi has been very good as well with no problems at all, so we are both looking at the Umidigi A13 Pro 5G which comes with Android 12 and is very much like the Blu. Kevin, can you compare the two?
Is this phone can be used in overseas like Indonesia 🇮🇩 please let me know thanks
Great review Kevin! I bought this phone because of your review? P.S. do you live in paradise? Your homestead and background were COOL!
Does any one knows if this device have received the android 12 update??
How does the camera compare to the G91 Max?
I liked this review because I wouldn't have known it comes with a case, screen protector, and headphones plus other extras! This was the deciding factor for me... I was looking at this one and a similar Moto. Hope I don't regret it because some don't like or know the Blu.
Good photos sorry
I bought the blu F91 5g phone and it's not uploading videos and pictures from My SD card I saved from My previous phone...😕
This phone looks so nice. Can't wait to get one.
Hola si está muy bonito, pero te faltó mostrar la charolas dónde van los SIM si es para un nano SIM y la memoria o son dos nanos SIM y la memoria saludos desde México
I have the G91 Pro and love it , but what's odd is mine has 4k video?
It'd be cool to see a comparison between this phone and the new TCL Stylus 5G.
Interesting, I am looking for something like it.I remember This kind of brand when I was over my Country.
Did BLU give any idea if how many software updates might be coming to the phone? Like how many versions of Android or how many years of security updates?
As far as I’m aware, there’s no promises for any updates.
@@KevinBreeze ya I hear you on that especially after you made the point of the BLU N9, I get their a small company, but like one update won't hurt. Or at least while their pulling a Motorola (release a phone with an old Android version on it and then one update to the current Android version), do the update or unlock the device for people to install Lineage or any other Android rom on it then.
@@evacody1249 Very true, but it would help them to sell phones if they did, or at least just pulled a Motorola and just gave it one update at least (sell with last years android then give it this years), or just take a year to do it like LG used too....
@@KevinBreeze has there ever been an update
@@evacody1249 Apple and Samsung are definitely not the least bit interested in you keeping your device longer!
Can you do a blu F91 5G vs blu g91 max?
there's a new 5G BLU phone , the F92e 5g, will you do a review on that phone ?
Is this sequel of blu bold n1?
Thanks Kevin , and It has a 120Hz refresh rate.....
I seen in the comments below that it's not 5G , even using T-Mobile service ,...
Kevin can you do a video on the 5G , if it is real or not , thanks 🤝
Am currently using this phone, everything about it is awesome ❤
Could i get that phone for gaming please?
Pics on phones are ok, just not my interest when looking at future purchases.
My thing is price vs quality & performance.
8GB RAM w/ 128GB Storage SD+ SD Card slot is a major plus, also what BLU includes is very good. This review has helped me in my decision making😀👍
Nice video, but you should film the unboxing and just throw it in after introduction. That way the accessories don't look lumped up in a pile lol.
I feel this phone is incredible for the price, as well as their other models. I just wish they had some higher tier options. Price per power and features on this phone is absolutely top notch economical. It just lacks in what I want though, or I would've quickly jumped on it.
Isn't this their 1st phone that features NFC? I have been waiting on this for so long I am happy they have finally included it.
Yes they make some really good phones some of the best in that price range and I've been thinking about getting the f91 because of the 5G is coming with a lot of phone plans these days so I might as well use it...
no. my blu pure xl has nfc
@@shawnthomas7404 okay I must have missed that release, about when did it come out?
@@EvolutionArtsllc September 2015. At the time it's specs we're as good as any flagship. Nothing from Blu as good since.
I love blu products 🙏
I began using Blu phones in 2019 with the release of the Bold N1. I liked the phone and the price so much that I bought another one and told all my friends about it. They all love this phone. I did buy the G91 but I didn't like it. Especially when I still had the Bold N1 to compare it to. Now, I'm considering this f91 pro 5g. Blu is a great company and I'm very proud that they are located in the United States, and that they are trying very hard to give us something nice for a decent price. They do give you some awesome add ons for the price and the device. Yes, I do wish that they had delivered on the N1 update. Regardless; I'm still happy and using my N1, and I love it. If I do decide to change it, it would be for Blu's newest version, and this one looks pretty good. In today's market; there's no need to purchase an expensive phone. Mid range phones are great and that's all you need.
LOL BLU is putting moto and samsung on blast! this is a great device by your review !
Evacody124. You don't need every update for functionality. I got a unlocked refurbished LG v40 running Android 9.I had a Blu before with no issues. Along with the specs are actually better on this compared to the A13 that cost the same. Chipset, memory, standard internal storage is twice as much.
Should I buy the blu g91 max or the blu F915g?
Someone please help me decide!
G91 if you have t-mobile! 5G is not working with tmobile on the f91
@@rn-rvchronicles I have metro so g91 max it is then

AT&T fusion 5g review please
Kevin will this work on cricket wireless?
No because att is really picky you can try because it has all the specs but att might end your service.
Unfortunately no support outside of T-Mobile
@@KevinBreeze What about MINT Mobile?
No, newly made phones are not on their list. It's odd. The older Blu g91 versions are approved. I got the 91 Max and had to go to Mint Mobile. Unless the phone was carried by an AT&T carrier then they will not approve it. They only want phones that are locked into their system.
A word of caution. Have a friend call you, with their cell phone. Newer phones grab the T-Mobile Fast settings, don't panick. If that setting works you are good to go. If not, then turn off your phone and take your sim out. Boot the phone without the sim in it, Turn it off and repeat your sim installation process. Have your friend call you again, and everything should work just fine. I was able to make calls, and get calls from landines, but most calls are by cell phone. Resetting my sim saved the day.
bro may i pick your video ill translate to tagalog version for the philippines and thank you
Absolutely not!
thanks bro hehe launched phone in ph and change name not use blu unit for ph cherry mobile name on the unit
Kev. Just for fun. Ask Blu to send you the Studio X10 2022. Gotta be their cheapest phone !
Blu f91 5g it has a 6.78 inch display like an lava agni 5g phone.
Already broke the screen protector, but the F91 Max fit it perfectly.
Sorry if i trashed your review but i am so so upset with the quality of the phone i dont know if i just got a bad one but im so so dissappinted and really sad mostly . Ive been saving😢. Ive only had it two days now 😢😢
Good value for your buck, my secondary phone is a 4G phone and end of support I generally know it's time for another phone, the mid range phones are getting better and blu phones will definitely be a phone to consider. Thanks for the review.
Love mine.. The charger is trash tho.. Clear screen. Loud single speaker.. And fast.. Win win
That's one thing that many people don't know or understand is that unfortunately mobile mfgs that produce phone like this don't offer consistent updates and it should be REQUIRED THAT THEY DO! Especially when these updates have very critical security updates!
Even if they put a older version of Android on there phones they still should be required to keep up with the critical software updates on there phones!!
It's sad that when they sell these phones they don't educate and let customers know about this . Doesn't matter if it's from the mfg direct or a Mobile cellular carrier!! People need to be educated about this!!!
Plez help me change my device name on my. Home page plez
Does it slso include 4g?
Yes
Nice
THEY'RE APPROACHING GALAXY STHEY'RE APPROACHING GALAXY S9 LEVEL PERFORMANCE AND THEY STILL INCLUDE THE SCREEN PROTECTOR AND CASE.... GENIUS. They include the charger and everything this is the most underrated phone company to ever exist.
This phone will never get Android 12
I had such a bad experience with the BLU G91 Pro. I used it for 3 weeks, but I ultimately had to return it due to many problems. I want to give them another chance, but I'm not sure... 🤔
What was wrong?
I've got the G90 Pro, and I love it. My fiance had it for a year and just got an iPhone 13 so she gave me this one. Thing runs fantastic for me, but at&t keeps sending me texts saying it's not going to work on their network after May 4th, so I'm thinking about getting this one
@@jademanengland3900
Does it still work on ATT ?
Are you on a prepaid plan like Straight Talk ?
@@Soli_Deo_Gloria_. it seems to have quit receiving or making calls. I still had use of the data and texts, but every time I tried to call someone it would just be silence until it hung itself up. And I was on the AT&T prepaid plan. Now I need to get a new phone anyway.
Got this phone in hand now and I will be sending it back!! 5G is not there for T-Mobile. It is only 4G speeds! I'm getting over 150 with my V60 and only around 45 with this f91 sitting in the same place....That my dear people is not 5G!
Getting over 150? 150 what? You're the only person I've seen, who said it's not 5G. So please, let me know what's up.
@@macturner2196 It's not 5G4 T-Mobile. It only rides on the one band for T-Mobile but does not ride on the 600 MHz

I've tried iphones and gal but I'm tired of all exstras u need for iphones! Everything must have there name! Every cord and item must say iphone so they can make more $$$ I'm trying this till the pi phone comes out!
You missed a gamplay and usage review of it here so not really full review
Who manufacturers Blu?
WHAT's the difference between the F model and the G model?
People should be buy up Blu phones because they are improving and still giving you your money worth in the box.
So annoying that this phone won’t work on AT&T
Why and how do you know ?
I need to run ATT towers on straight Talk.
Researching to buy...
I appreciate your time spent in responding n' thanks
That's so dumb, it has ATT bands like 2,4,12 and 17. These companies are just making it harder and harder.... I remember when ATT accepted all GSM phones...
@D. R.
Thanks for your time, have a good one !
The G91 max is bettter.Love the combo of Blu and mediatek here.
Is G91 max 5g
You forgot to take pictures at night and video as well.
Very disame of the Cherry Mobile Aqua S10 Pro 5G
No update. That mean I can buy the phone...
Video quite shakey
Thanks for your great review of the new BLU F91-5G, and also for always keeping us informed of all new phones released by Blu-Products!
As the BLU G91-MAX has a 108MP main camera and can also record 4K videos, and unfortunately this new BLU F91-5G has a 64MP camera that apparently can only record videos up to 2K, could you please tell me, apart from the Mediatek Dimensity 810 2.4Ghz Processor (and the 5G + NFC), what other improvements or differences does this new BLU F91-5G have, comparing it to the BLU G91-MAX?
Don't you think that the cameras are are step back comparing it with the BLU G91-MAX of 108mp?
Megapixels don't always mean better quality pictures these days just about any phone has decent cameras it's becoming more common to have at least 48 megapixels on phones now but other than what you already stated about the f91 that's about all is the 5G the NFC if you don't care about those features or you simply just don't really use them then the max is a great phone !
Hilarious that this company are able to offer face unlock with this phone that costs a third of the price of a Pixel 6 device.
The os updates for this company is the issue
Yup! I mention that at the end of the video. Don’t expect any updates.
@@KevinBreeze they're just churning out phones that have no life expectancy after the first release

@@TheAn9el that's not what the issue is, just there are no os updates
The security app does a hardware update. I ran an update on my Max and everything is fine. Beware of Google updates. If you disabled any of their garbage they will claim that you need a software update. This is BS, they are just reactivating anything you shut off.
Lol Blu will never upgrade the android system which will make this phone very odd to competition with other phones with the recent android system
