Dear Sir, can i use tl431 as a current shunt resistor ? and how if it is possible..?
I have another question about the massager gun's charger it has been built with a monitoring circuit for changing and (full or not connected ) that based on LM358 ic with dual color led light , red light for charging and the full or not connected is green color.
i need an explanation for this monitoring circuit please.

The reset sugnal could be understood clearer if one could use a 2 channel scope and show output and reset voltage together after switch on.
