I’m not sure many people understand how profound this is. This is a crucial step in possibly making humans a multi planetary species. If humans are around millions of years from now, it will likely be because of the efforts demonstrated in this video.
NASA is helping in the funding for the Starship program, having already given SpaceX 3 billion for it, along with additional commercial space program funding to SpaceX. They are partners. However this is a good thing. SpaceX efficiency has made them NASA's new favorite, replacing legacy space hardware suppliers and manufacturers.

The booster is being designed to land on the tower, put back on the OLM and launch again within a couple of hours. I'm confident they can do it!
They have the experience of reusability with Falcon 9. What the space insiders deemed not feasible few years back.
