बालासोर ट्रेन एक्सीडेंट (Balasore Train Accident) के बाद पटरियों पर मुसाफिरों का सामान इधर-उधर पड़ा मिला. पटरियों के बीच एक डायरी भी पड़ी मिली. हवा के साथ डायरी के पन्ने फड़फड़ाते हुए दिखे. पन्नों पर किसी के लिए, किसी मुसाफिर ने पैगाम-ए-मोहब्बत लिखा था. अब एक्सीडेंट (Accident) के बाद ये पैगाम उस तक नहीं पहुंच पाएगा क्योंकि जिसके लिए बांग्ला भाषा में किसी ने अपने हाथ से ये शायरियां लिखी थीं. डायरी के एक फटे पेज पर एक ओर हाथियों, मछलियों और सूरज के रेखा चित्र बने हैं. यात्रा में किसी यात्री ने खाली समय में इनको लिखा होगा. हालांकि, इस शख्स की पहचान अब तक नहीं हो पाई है.

Coromandel express सीधे जाने के बजाय loop line में divert हो गयी थी जो मालगाड़ी से टकराई और उसकी derail हुई बोगियां विरुद्ध दिशा से जाने वाली यशवंत पुर express के आखिरी बोगियों से टकराई थी।
ट्रिपल तलाक की जगह ट्रिपल ट्रेन में ध्यान होता तो इतने लोगो की जान न जाती

There was an accident in SER involving Coromandel express 12841 and Shalimar express 12864 with Goods train. Looplines were occupied with Goods train and Signals were cleared on main line for both the trains. The 12864 after passing home signal entered in loopline instead of run-through and collided with Goods train and inturn infringing with downline causing accident to 1284. However the point indications panel & Data logger shows normal. There are many doubts arising out of this.
1. Whether the split in the point caused this derailment.
2. Wrong wiring done which has not been verified
3. Cable matching of indoor with outdoor not confirmed
4. Validation of data logger leads to wrong indications
5. Proper disconnection and reconnection after restoration &working of assets from panel and site with correspondence test.
Please instruct all your supervisors
1. To take proper disconnection and reconnection memo by maintainer.
2. Ensure proper working from panel/VDU with the site by maintainer and user.
3. Ensuring proper point housing and detection as per SEM.
4. Proper validation of Datalogger and event alert, identify any mismatch on each and every failure.
Please this message should reach each and every maintainer and get it acknowledged by them. Confirmation may be ensured within 24 hrs. CSE may please ensure.

मेरा फ्रेंड रेलवे मे है बोलता है की स्टाफ की भारी कमी है। और एक ही कर्मचारी से बिना rest दिए दिन रात ओवरटाइम करवाया जाता है। 300000पोस्ट खाली है सरकार भर्ती नहीं निकलती रही ।ज्यादा ओवर टाइम की वजह से माइंड ठीक से काम नहीं कर पाता है यही कारण है हादसा का

ये हादसा स्टेशन के कर्मचारी की लापरवाही के कारण हुआ
ऐसे नहीं हुआ जैसे आप बता रहे हैं, लूप लाइन में जाने का मतलब है, रेड सिग्नल की वजह से पायलट ने लूप लाइन पर ट्रेन ले ली, जिस पर मालगाड़ी खड़ी थी, जिससे एक दम से टर्न लिया तो डिब्बा उल्ट गए और दूसरी पटरी पर पहुंच गए। जिससे ये भीसड़ घटना हुई।
