Solution is, stop buying Zara bs jackets. For leather in particular, no specific brand is the best, AND don't go to huge multinational stores....quality depends on the artisan's hands and the materials they work with. Go to a leather shop, say what you want and you'll get a jacket that will last forever. And please, PLEASE stick to regular colors black/brown and maaaaybe blue, trendy bs will make you regret spending so much in something that you won't be wearing next year
