- The results are INSANE...
In today's video, I tested the skins that supposedly give you better performance. A PC tweaker (ParaFPS) claims that these skins, wraps, and pickaxes without animation provide higher FPS and lower input delay in game. He also claims that skins with animation lower FPS and cause stability issues. I tested this on the PS5 in a stacked scrim game with storm surge. Be sure to watch to the end to see the results and my opinion.

In the video, I tested the two skins while they were looking at each other. This could have impacted the results, as both still had to render the animation.
If you want the best competitive advantage, I recommend wearing a performance skin during tournaments. 🏆😎

I think you should do two matches, one with you both on recommended skins and the both on animated skins. Since he is you teammate and u r right next to each other, both will have to run a recommended skin and animated skin, so it wont make a difference

I'm on Xbox one S with a 60 FPS cap and I have tried these skins recommend to the others ones I use and I can see a difference my FPS doesn't drop suddenly it's smooth between 55-60 FPS Good video definitely gonna help me in stacked endgames :)

I think the only noticeable difference would be if there were no opponents near you, you have no control over your opponents skins and your game will still have to process them anyway
tried this on old gen commando and harley hitter gave me consistent 60fps with very minor fluctuations

you can turn on performance mode in the ps5 to increase fps and hertz
No performance mode will just make fps more stable

the reason why u dont see a difference is because both skins are in your pov, so the game has to register both at the same time, so you will get the same fps. but i wonder if you guys both did the high fps and low delay skins in a scrim, then you both did the flashy ones. maybe you will see a difference then?

It might be more helpful on ps5 because it has more frame drops then Xbox plus Xbox doesn’t usually drop under 100 and sometimes you can stay at 110 with the recommended FPS skin.

It wasnt very accurate since when you were testing the recommend skin you still had the animated one on ur screen, you can prevent this by just simply looking the other way or telling the other guy to move the fuck away
