10 YEAR SHORT ANNUAL REPORT HEAVENSENT GARDENS 2014-2024

Dear family, friends and faithful supporters,
Merry Christmas & a Blessed New Year to one and all!
Warm greetings from all of us at Heavensent International Mission, Inc.
Our hope and prayer is that you are all doing well and greatly blessed this year and the coming new year.
We have so many things to thank the Lord for, and top on our list is God’s faithfulness for the 10 years that He allowed us to serve Him through Heavensent International Mission, Inc. (HIM) and Heavensent Gardens.
We are also grateful that the Lord gave you as our partner, either through your prayers, financial support or just being there as a friend of the ministry.
When we started in 2014, we had no concrete plan as to what to do. We just felt the strong prodding of the Holy Spirit to start a ministry in Bohol. Hence, we obeyed trusting Him for direction, wisdom and provision. Originally, we planned on providing an alternative campground for Christians as the only Christian campground in Bohol is far and expensive. Slowly, the Lord revealed to us what to do. Heavensent Gardens became a support ministry to evangelical churches, first in the local area and now across Bohol. Through the vision that God showed us that focused on four tenets of Heavensent Gardens, namely, 1) Teach believers Christian disciplines, 2) Inspire them to become good examples through godly living, 3) Livelihood program champions, and 4) Train them to become strong Christian leaders so they in turn can disciple others, the ministry survived the first couple of years under persecutions that only eased out when the community realized we are there for good. True enough, the old adage that says, “and the rest is history,” is real at Heavensent Gardens evidenced by the many lives changed by Jesus Christ.
Therefore, we came up with a brief video report of our 10th year anniversary. The video recalls from the very start to where the Lord has brought us so far. In the beginning, it was like a rollercoaster ride. Sometimes, it can be so challenging, other times it’s overwhelmingly good. But with Jesus Christ on the driver’s seat, we just can’t help but be awed by what God has done.
Praise God, so many lives have been changed by the ministry, and there are more to touch as the Lord lead us to bigger assignments.
We know that most of us want to help, but not all can go to the mission field. Some are called to send support and to pray. So, we ask that you consider to be our monthly partner, or if you prefer, with a one-time generous donation.
Any love offering/donations received from January 1 to December 31 this year will be issued a tax deductible receipt for the year 2024.
