Not sure if you break this rule or not but dot tires and actually a road car. Kinda the point of spectators. Used to be a lot more entertaining when people took their actual daily drivers out not Charlie in his s10 blazer he doesn't street drive.

They had to make a all stock class and a modified class at Dixie speedway back in the 80's when I was racing. I won a couple in the stock class and got booted, even though I passed all the checking for the stock class. But did win my first modified race. It just got faster and faster and hard to win, but most fun of my life.
