Odoo where we need to customization your process or flow or finance according to organization need otherwise nothing inside. but sap is bussiness which is easiest way or standardize way to flow the bussiness, customization is there but it will break the structure of SAP needed. if your organization has no time to investigating the flexibility of processes then better flow sap. otherwise better is odoo.
