it is because english mainly is not being taught properly in korea by many korean teachers. my sister's friend wants to learn korean properly (she is a student in korea university), like how to construct a sentence but it is difficult due to the korea engrish. foe example, we pronounce cake as keek but korean pronounce it as keekke. if they want to have good english, they need to go to expensive private school/tuition that teach proper english.

I can speak fluently. How come they can't? I'm thinking about an answer.. maybe because they were trainies and then idols very young so they couldn't go to school..
