The defendant says he took the defendant in, gave him a place to stay, and offered a letter of reference. He says he owes him nothing.

He literally gave a guy a place to live for SIX months rent-free while the guy Djed all summer and finally gave him work in December so he could have money and proof of income so he can move into his own place. He gave him $5k UPFRONT.... and then two payments amounting to $3,300... For an app he doesn't even know WHAT IT DOES. Trax was taken advantage of. The plaintiff taking him to court over the last payment is absurd, he could barely describe what the app does and doesn't even have a name for it. "it entertains his users" .. I could program an app with a blinking light that entertains users, but that doesn't mean it's a complete or useful app.
