    Story
Once upon a time, in a forest, there lived a red rose who was very proud of her beauty. In this forest also lived a sunflower, jasmine, ixora, marigold, and a cactus.
"Hey, look at me, all of you! See how beautiful I am. I am the queen of flowers!" the rose boasted.
"Mmm, never! There are so many flowers more beautiful than you in this forest. Don’t boast so much," replied the sunflower.
The rose then turned to the cactus nearby and sneered, "Hey cactus, you useless fellow. I get angry whenever I see your thorny body and pot belly."
The cactus felt sad and told the jasmine about the rose’s teasing.
Jasmine loudly responded, "Rose, don’t boast so much. Are you deciding by yourself that you are the most beautiful flower?"
The rose plant continued to tease the cactus whenever she had the chance.
Summer arrived, and the rose began to fade. Her petals started falling. At that time, a small bird came near the cactus and drank water from it. The bird made wounds with its beak on the cactus to drink water, but the cactus didn’t mind because it loved everyone.
The rose plant wished to ask the cactus for water but felt ashamed to ask. If she didn’t get water, she would die. The situation became dire, so the rose plant apologized to the cactus and pleaded, "Cactus, please give me some water, otherwise I will die."
"Oh, no problem," said the cactus happily. The bird heard this, flew near the cactus, drank some water, and then poured water on the roots of the rose plant.
The rose plant received enough water and was saved from dying.
Dear friends, don’t judge others by their physical appearance. Keep a preference for kindness and humility. Don’t tease anyone or boast about your beauty. And don’t look down on those who may not have it.
