Wow. Gemma is so generous. You certainly received some beautiful gifts. The purse and Sizzix Foldaway are both out of stock so they must be very popular. I received Red Door from my son and Daughter in law. I was down to about 2 squirts. My other son came home from the USA bought me a stack of stamp pads and for of those foam blocks. My daughter who lives interstate sent me a beautiful calendar for her "beautiful mother" and my grandson Alex whom I haven't seen since he was a toddler sent me a beautiful handmade card featuring photos of his baby daughter Olive meeting Santa and as all kids do, she cried. She was sitting on his chair on the other photo and was smiling. I hope 2023 is king to all of us. Thank you Ann, love from Ruth.

Wow Ann, you were spoiled this year. I received a Christmas present from 1 of my 4 kids. A Nativity shirt that I love, it says Best Day Ever. Hubby wrapped some chocolate candy so I would have something to unwrap on Christmas. He ordered me a new colored tank printer which is due to arrive today. Supposedly much cheaper to print a sheet of paper. So I can print my own ephemera. I am hoping it will make cute card toppers this year for cancer cards.
Oh I can't forget the present that literally meant the most to me. My 8yr old grandson Karter played an extra on that TV show the Rock. So he took his own money and went to the school store and bought me a Grandmother bracelet. It absolutely made me cry. I have several older grandkids 16, 18, 24 but I never had one go pick out something for me. I kept the container as well, it says I love you Grandma. 😢😆 I'll cherish it always.

I started crafting some 7 years ago and started off with a Big Shot and its still going strong. Would highly recommend if you are just starting out and like Ann says can use a manual this machine will do you proud for many years.
I have the fold away also and very happy with it. I initially bought it to save space, but it works great!!

How wide can you cut with the foldaway? I wanted to make some gift boxes but think the dies are 7" wide. Not sure it's worth paying out just to make boxes......
Will the big shot fold away work for tim holtz 3D embossing folders? Neither one of my other brands of machines will.

I have an obsession with earrings. I've got two drawers with 3 large trays each full of earrings, and 3 wire mesh wall plaques covered in earrings. I'm trying to push my obsession with earrings into an obsession with craft stuff. Honestly? If I wore a different pair of earrings every day for a year, I would not have worn them all. I think that's a little overkill. Time to stop.
Someone tried to scam me on x-mas eve using your UA-cam channel name! They sent me an e-mail under your name that said I was chosen for a giveaway and to reply using nicegram. So I responded, they chatted with me for several minutes, and the language they used sounded like stuff you would say. They asked what I liked best about your videos, then said I had won the giveaway. I had won a Mark Jacob's bag, a Canon digital camera and one other thing which I can't remember now. All I had to do was pay for shipping which was $85! I told them I would rather spend that money buying craft stuff on your website. At that point they became rather pushy, told me that if I did not accept the prizes, no one else could get them. Then I tried the "finances are tight due to Christmas", that I didn't want to spend that money on myself at this time. They got even more pushy which is when my suspicions peeked and I knew it could not possibly be you because you would not respond in that manner. I told them I didn't think I was conversing with Ann, if it actually was you, then tell me about Oscar. The chat abruptly closed!
