Most of the times I do Purvottanasana, I get a cramping kinda pain in my right calf. Today it was a proper cramp and I shad to stop my practice. Will you please with help with that?

i really hate it!!! and that’s way i never forgot it… and ever skip it! (ok, hate is a strong word… but i don’t like it…)
I never skip this one, I quite like it because I don’t like forward bends haha. One I tend to skip is triang mukha…
Enjoy the useful tips, but the squabbling isn’t cute, it’s jarring.
