Good afternoon
Just making a note: AR 3664 from a month ago was renamed AR 3697 and has now been renamed again to AR 3793. This may seem confusing but it is actuallt the correct sytem that has allways been used and was actually practiced by Richard Carrington.
If we were to look at the naming of "the Carringtone event" it isactually a very good naming. A British Astronomer by the name of Richard Carrington was studying the sun and it's sunspots when the 1859 event occured.
Because the naming was correct the tradition continues. We can still "pretend" that we don't know that the sun is rotating and follow the practice that Carrington practiced. There are other odditys of nomiclature 1859 era that we may want to make note of.
I, myself was wondering how to describe an astronimical projecter, as Carringtone used. His group described the projecter based on the measured diameter of the suns projected image. As such, our current photos of the sun sould be descibed as "0.3 feet". The projections themselves are maps and usually referred to as charts. Carrington's ranged in size between four and five and half feet.
Seeing the AB is still on my bucket list. I'm in overcast Washington State. 😢
Hmm a 3.4 out of the salton sea area around 12:17 pm
A 1.6 on same fault 60 seconds prior, a bit south. North end (Devore) had a 3 couple days ago. San Jacinto Fault supposedly capable of a M 7.3 quake. Still my choice to go before San Andreas. Dark horse would be Newport-Inglewood-Rose Canyon, starting at south end.
Correction, Oc Wells 1.6 was 4 seconds before the ‘Salton City’ M3.
@@danajones9298 my thoughts that the San Jacinto will trigger the San Andreas which sucks I live roughly within 5 miles of both right in the middle
Interesting been upgraded to a 3.6 🤔🤷♂️
@@johnbaker7435 San Berdoo/Redlands area? You could be right about SJ as a trigger. Family reunions in SB about 60 years ago would have 80 people in attendance
Like a pressure cooker looking and waiting for relief.
What was the longest lifespan of a sunspot recorded?
They rename them when they go around the Sun and increase in complexity. I believe it's in effort to maintain consistency with the methods of the long term record...could be wrong though
@@s-pd8cm I searched up my question. They sum it up as sunspots can last between a week and many months. So, nothing significant to make note of. It was a dumb question.
I'm old enough to remember when California, Washington state and Oregon used to burn the underbrush on the forest floor..... we still do that in Arkansas, or state moniquer is The Natral state.....
Drove through one of those a few years back south of hot springs going to mine out AK quartz out of some pegmatites. along twin creek.....very proactive you all are.
hoping for auroras again. Down in N TX. 🙄
I was just outside looking at The Sun, and it was quite eerie, and I don't know if I saw correctly but before it looked like the full moon was near The Sun, and it's still daylight where I'm located in South Florida.
Keep an eye on the electromagnetic field
Central Oregon Coast checking in!!
I love your channel! Your delivery, points of interest, quality explanations & what naught!!!!!😂❤

Monday madness comes too fast. Enjoying the cool day in Chico Washington.
Heat wave so hot tub is officially converted for cooling soak tub.
Thanks. Pray to Jesus for guidance
❤ your channel But I felt an earthquake in Sacramento California what's up
before an x flare has much of an effect they'll need to be in the 20+ range
Good ol 3664. I wonder what the gematria is. 🤔

3, 7, 2, 37, 23. All prime numbers.
It's "primed".
NE Mars watching Lights maybe??
Is "Apophis" on that list?
🙋♀️TEM
Can someone respond to my question
Watch his videos...it's called tectonics
If you would substitute the word ‘saw’ for ‘seen’ you would sound more professional. Past tense for see - I saw, you saw, we saw, they saw. 😊
QUESTION: Are you personally taking these photos or are you relying on Computer Generated Imagery?
If its possible, could NASA & CERN possibly have shot a lazer into the Sun creating Sunspot 3723 during the eclipse? I would put it past them.
GOD’S VOICE:
Psalm 29:4
The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.
Revelation 1:10
I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
Isaiah 58:1
Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
John 10:27-28
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

Thanks... Keep in it up about the Bible!!!!
You too Sir! God bless you
Amen! 🙌
This is a science channel not church.
@@Uppearance I think it would be apparent that God invented science, the universe and therefore understands it better than you and I. The topic is science I thought and therefore we should try to understand the science, discuss the science in scientific ways rather than using nonscientific biblical references. But if that's what this forum likes, let God shake the Earth.
In the greatness of their folly, Cain, Ishmael and Esau thought they could prevail against the Almighty God, the Creator of everything that exists. They trust and obey a “god” that goes by the name ‘the father of lies’ - unbelievable.
Why is this here I'm just wondering why you're posting scripture here. I respect it but why is it here?
Thank you!
@@jasongarcia2140 just spreading the Word 🙏🙌
It's part of the script isint it
Que taco bell? We think with science and blindly follow with scripture. I respect both but let's talk science not scripture. Keep that stuff in church friends.
@@helion333they used to crucify people for talking science and
going against scripture.
