Heeseung and Jake are no longer close and haven’t been for over a year, the majority of these videos are old, and even the most current clips don’t actually show them being close at all, they’re just work related interactions. Unlike in the past there’s no ‘physical’ affection between them anymore, that’s all stopped. In En-ha episodes their behavior toward each other is in a basic way, just friends and fellow group members, nothing ‘personal’ at all. The opposite of Jake and Sunghoon who are always together in private and are very very close.
Heeseung and Jake always hang out together and they revealed staying up all night talking last year...they are the "not for fanservice" kind of ship, that they don't show being so glued on camera doesn't mean they are not off camera Jakehoon are best friends so it's understandable that they spend more time together 😅

They’re never together in private anymore, they no longer go for Ramyeonz, they don’t sit together when traveling, for a ‘year’ they stopped sitting together during episodes, at the latest series of concerts they barely interacted at all yet compare that to a ‘year’ ago when they were always together on stage. As I said they now interact just as friends and fellow group members, but they’re definitely not close in private. Whereas Sunghoon and Jake are always together, and it’s not fan service because there’s photos of ‘just the two of them’ out shopping, at restaurants and going to concerts together, it’s in their ‘free time’ and not work related. You can tell by the photos that they’re not even aware they’re being photographed. What surprises me is that HeeJake fans haven’t noticed the difference between compared to a year ago as it’s very obvious.

Heeseung and Jake just talking doesn’t mean anything especially when there’s no other signs of them being close anymore. You obviously haven’t watched Sunghoon and Jake together recently, their relationship has a different vibe, it’s more personal between them, I think because they’re both more mature. They always ‘choose’ to share a room when traveling, in fact over 12 times despite the fact they’re not required to do so, they make TikTok’s together for fun, they even wear matching rings which is so sweet. There’s even a photo of them holding hands while walking in a park. Which is not the behaviour of them being just ‘friends’ at all.
