I have 2 daiken and 2 panasonic inverter ac which I bought last year Here is what I felt for both Daiken : 1.cant fix the rotator blades at different angles ,rotator blades are the blades which give direction to the air either it can be fixed ,at 90 degree , or 45 degree It has horizontal and vertical swing option also 2.does not support inbuild wifi option like panasonic 3.eco mode : Cant set the eco mode manually , but once the room temperature goes down it will dip to 20-30 easily which is better than panasonic manual 40 % lowest mode . 4.Little bit more silent Panasonic : 1. Has inbuild wifi option so can easily be operated with mobile also, should be close to your wifi router 2. rotator mode , supports 5 different angles , but is missing horizontal swing 3.eco mode : i7 converter option let you set 7 different efficiency modes , 40% being the lowest option , which can be set manually 4. got a free remote holder with the device , which can be hanged near your bed or where ever you will be operating the ac from , can be bought separately also not a big deal , but got free with panasonic 5.With wifi option you can start your ac from outside the house , which is very beneficial as you can start your ac way before you enter your home and your place will be nice and cozy already for me daiken is better choice as my ac will run more than 20 hours per day , and it usually runs at less than 20-22 max efficiency during the night and less than 40% during the day and max it goes to 50-60% during peak day times
