How Parallel Plate Capacitor is Designed?
A capacitor is a vital device that stores electrical energy in an electrical field and is widely used as a part of electrical circuits, in many common electrical devices.
The parallel plate capacitor is the basic capacitor where you can easily understand its function.
It has two metal plates parallel to each other, and a thin layer of non-conductive insulated material called a dielectric is placed evenly between these two plates.
This non-conductive dielectric acts as a store of electrical charge in the capacitor.
Everything you need to know about the capacitor is explained in this video in a simple, but descriptive way.
