How to check DC floating voltages or DC earthing

refer this as video for checking DC side floating voltages or in other terminology how to check whether string is healthy or not.
If the voltage is keep on decreasing from half of the string voltage when tested with respect to earth then the string is healthy. The voltages should float upto one panel Voc.
If the voltages are constant or increasing or jumping or for some point voltages are decreasing but at a point becoming consatnt or decreasing slowly the there is some issue with string.
