Thanks for this! Mine was stuck so went up there gave it a tiny tug. Fixed! Lol went ahead & used some powder like you advised. This happened after it was high humidity for few days & after heavy rain.
Thank you, we have different MaxxAir Fans and i was wondering what was best to use on the sticking rubber lid gasket. 3-in-1 RV Rubber Conditioner only helps for a very short while, going to try Talcum Powder next.
Is it still working after 9 months? I tried Vaseline but it was stuck again in the morning, but in the afternoon it unstuck itself. I assume it was the sun's heat... It was way above freezing in the morning so I'm a bit confused as to why it was stuck in the morning but not the afternoon.... :S

Temps may create scenarios where the heat expands & cold condenses so this may create the sticking lid.
