@@SWK-Frysk yeah, 2hr is my limit. My playlist for single tunes is 370 songs, I just pick a patch I want and go, alteranating HIIT and LISS on an aitdyne/assault bike. The music is its own preworkout. (you maybe older - me 48 - Im just the old man of my crew.)
