- This was my second visit to Chetham's Library in Manchester, England - the oldest surviving public library in Britain. It does not cease to amaze! You do need to book a tour in order to see it, they run Monday-Friday during the day. The tour is about 1 hour long and it is PACKED with info.
At the library they also occasionally do concerts, and you can schedule in times to look at particular books. They continue to add to their collection, so there are always new things to see!

Awesome
Interesting place! nice video 😀
Central ref is a belter as well.
This video is amazing
What with this, and the John Rylands Library, Manchester is very fortunate. It almost makes up for the ghastly weather! Still, it became the centre for weaving
cotton because the fibres are easier to handle in damp conditions and there's no shortage of those. Keep up the vlogs...........................the ancient Englishman.
Your videos don't let on when they are going to end. Bam straight into an advert. See ya.
What a silly complaint, the video ended just move on 😂
That's not a real ghost in the beginning obviously LOL but she WAS drifting around the bookshelves ominously
