Beating Elizabeth with Chi You as my only persona (P3R)

Thought it'd be a cool challenge to try to take on Elizabeth not just without Orpheus Telos but without any other persona besides Chi You.
I beefed him up with some incense, carefully selected skills, made sure I banked a theurgy on me and Fuuka, grabbed the "double damage" blue cup, used a mountain of items, and relied on that big beautiful tower of a persona: Chi You :D
I do have some more Persona 3 content in mind that I'd like to make (particularly a video essay on the game design elements that I loved from P3Fes that haven't made it into any other persona game) but I need to get back to working on my fantasy adventure indie game so it may take some time.

Absolute madlad. I'm struggling to beat here with a fully decked out Messiah, and you are crushing it with just the auto buff persona!
I had some spare incense lying around haha
Also, make sure you’re switching out Messiah on the light and dark turns, I made a guide for this fight you can check out here if you want any tips / info on how to skip phases:

I remember I did this fight with only Orpheus telos and won
I missed out on OT so I had to get creative!
@@Plexicraft the funny thing is I didn’t debuff Elizabeth during the 3rd phase cause I thought that would be breaking a rule

Haha thanks a ton, I was just doing this on normal but if you need help with a merciless strategy, the phase 3 skip works really well. Here’s a link of me explaining / showing the steps:

Edit: my guide is still on normal but the reflect damage is actually easier to bridge the gap with on Merciless so it’s still likely the easiest way to beat her on that difficulty.

If you don't mind me asking what does trickster scale with? With concentrate + debilate i barely do 1.7k and you just did 2 3k lol
Sure thing, it’s an almighty move and my Helel has almighty amp :)
Edit: my bad thought I was replying to my other Elizabeth video where I use Helel as my main dps.
Here with Fuukas buff at the beginning, I believe I get both the heat Riser style multi stat buff and a free concentrate / charge which helps boost it.
As he said it’s a almighty multi hit move
So it gets stronger with almighty boost, almighty amp (skill mutation), multi target boost
Then after that only shift boost and amp can increase it as magic ability or mastery doesn’t increase almighty
Why? Just why? I couldnt be assed to learn the fight so I just did the one shot strategy with Cendrillion lol.
Haha I missed out on getting Orpheus Telos so I was like “I’m not gonna let that stop be from beating her with just one persona”!
You can swap charge with multi target boost for more damage and use charge item instead but this might affect your speed to max theurgy though
I did this with pixie! I do wish this fight wasn’t as nerfed from FES and Portable as it was, but it’s still my second favourite super boss in the series.

Nerfed? It's not nerfed, she's actually tougher in Reload compared to FES and Portable. You don't have Infinity, you're not allowed to counter and high counter, and she actually changes up her attacks here.

Yes I played every version of P3 multiple times. You clearly haven't played FES/Portable in awhile because you don't remember how simpler Elizabeth was.@@Megidolaon999
Elizabeth is the easiest in FES because she doesn't force you to armageddon her to death, you can just beat her normally. Portable added her nuking you if you hit her below 9999 in the 2nd phase, and now Reload added in damage checks and more chances to get nuked.
How do you block die for me?
Shoes of Bane block dark insta kill attacks but not dark damage so it’s safe and doesn’t break a rule. You can get them from the Tanaka “shop” on your tv on a particular Sunday. (Don’t remember which one”
Alternatively, you can just swap in a persona that doesn’t break a rule and let her chew through your homunculus collection.

@@purplegreninja7284 as long as you have something that’s doesn’t null / repel / absorb dark, you can just stock up on humunculi and likely use better shoes. I wasn’t sure about my amount and was on my last day so I played it safe :)
What difficulty is this?
This is on normal.
Where did you get that costume?
You have to do the fusion quests for Elizabeth. Not sure which one this one came from but they’re not too bad and you should be able to do them one after another if you have some cash to pull from the compendium.
Edit: I was wrong, it’s in the floor 91 monad trial.

How do get firm stance on this persona? Is it from skill cards or via fusion?
Probably fusion, I got Firm Stance on my Chi You by fusing Atavaka into Hell Biker into Chi You, I got a bonus Bloody Charge out of it too
