Very high level skilled dancer DONSOUP was carrying Skvtch honestly. Skvtch was disappointing. I don’t feel like if he was in the correct head space or something. His rebuttals just weren’t executed well. Don soup & Skvtch as a group didn’t have the level of chemistry and it looked forced. They didn’t look like they were prepared for this. 3-0 Kid nimbus & Crown WON. Respect to all dancers. All of these dancers are deserving to be main event.
One of the most exhilarating 2v2s to watch in person. Sketch’s battle character is like an evil final boss, Sephiroth vibes. Soup’s technique and execution is honestly unlike anyone, a unique blend of styles at a very high level. I give it to Gon & Killua, their chemistry is truly incredible, and they prioritize having fun over everything, which makes me enjoy it even more. I feel like they got pissed of at some point, which really took it to the next level. Inspired. Much love! 🏆

Nimbus and David definitely took the dub. Soup and Skvtch were great but the togetherness of a 2v2 weren’t there. Felt Soup was giving everything he could while Skvtch was chillin tbh .
This was fire. It was a fight for sure. But TheCrown and KidNimbus got it. Soup's progress is insane he's leveling up fast. And Skvtch did his thing too. I got a feeling this loss is going to push them to the next level watch.
Crown and Nimbus had energy, moments of musicality, and dynamics. However, it was very incohesive. Their style remind me of fireworks, loud, bright, and fast, but very random and spread out every which way. Re-watch their rounds with fireworks in mind. Don't get it twisted, they're not bad dancers, but I personally believe they failed to connect their moves as well as Sketch and Soup. Sketch is more of a krumper, so it makes sense why he didn't go as crazy as I've seen him go in the krump world, but even so, from a judges perspective (mine lol), he showed more commitment in his ideas by allowing one concept to flow into the next, not being all over the place. You could even hear Crown saying "MORE, MORE, DO MORE", because that's how he looks at dancing. To Crown and Nimbus, it seems as if more=better. Lastly, Soup absolutely destroyed. He and Sketch showed an abundance of patience which ultimately payed off, especially in that second round from Soup. From the first round, Soup set himself apart from Crown and Nimbus in a clever way...by slowing it down. He contrasted Crown and Nimbus by not just attacking the music and every sound in it, but by adapting elements of flexing (which is typically slower and not done to litefeet beats) and allowing us to actually see the clarity of what he's doing instead of just force feeding us a bunch of fluff. Overall, I give it to Sketch and Soup, but I can see how someone would give it to Crown and Nimbus
After watching this back and back and back…..and I watch plenty of battes and being just in the dance world myself. NOTHING Crown of Nimbus did in round 1 stood out. Crown musically and bars was more ON out of the 2 but not solid haymakers. Nimbus was almost like pointless but fluid movement and only had one thing at the end that stood out. They comboed BUT very lightly. Soup round was wayyy better then either one of their solos in the 1st round. Why SKETCH not battle in the FIRST round is beyond me, and may be the only reason people give round 1 to Crown&Nimbus but solo of Soup vs their SOLOs in round one. Nigga even by the crowd SOUP was tapped in and better. Nimbus carried Crown and them Second round but it was close because Sketch and Soup came out with Soup edging it everyone solos again. Honestly if this was ONE vs ONE SOUP would body one of them and beat the other by split decision, if we talking about about talent, bars, combos, and connection without PREMIUM GASSING from the crowd. 3rd round…..was the only clear one if you want to say so. Where I give to Crown and Nimbus. On the fusion concept, both of them wasn’t really connected, like on some Tight Eyes and Mijo or Les Twins or real combo work BUT nimbus and crown had more of the fusion concept and that’s it. So hey, but one v one, yuh it’s clear who smoking Niggas.
