had all the skill and athleticism necessary to be a key rotational player on an nba team. incl contenders. it would hav been my mission to discern if he was willing to do the little things. and if so id had hav him work with a player development specialist for his position from day 1 after lottery drafting him. the orlando organization picked him 5 in 2015. the organization was clearly a mess. if you're not gonna develop him, or you're expecting a ready made elite hooper, or you havnt tested his work ethic ...then dont pick him. bonehead shih. wasted erybody's time. theirs and his.
