Tips for install!!! I ground off the drivers front bracket (from oem crash bar) and stacked it atop the TB bar and radiator support connection. It allowed me to mount that black box normally. Definitely got creative with the horns.

On the flip side, a shaved grill does look aggressive, however a bit risky with debris, stones, wild animals hitting the car and causing damage to your FMIC, radiator and other inner workings. I would shave the lower grill and replace it with a similar mesh style grill from Lowes/Home Depot and paint it gloss black. Keep crud out of the FMIC.

Do a fiesta stttttt I wanna see what you think about the differences, and they have a whole lot of potential, and they’re roughly cheap, and they handle mods really really well

Rowdy_s4 They fit, just gotta check your wheel dimensions to see if they clear. The rear brakes are the same as the RS, just the RS rear rotors are a little bigger.
The big black square that you have attached your horn to happens to be the ECU it's not meant to be the sturdiest of things but seriously get that ECU put back properly because otherwise you face a whole load of engine problems
Intercepting Fist I didn’t see the video with the intercooler install. I just saw his live stream of him installing the crash bar and didn’t see the CPE intercooler in that vid. Now he has it.
If you want to drive that thing don't let anyone ride with you. If you sell it put the stock impact bar back on. You might as well disable the airbags while using this "crash" bar because it is nothing more than a pretty white mass of metal tubing. Whatever it is made of and however nicely it is welded it has made the car less safe than it was before. Why do I think you should disable the airbags? Because you don't know when they will deploy. I suspect they will fire too late. Which could kill someone. If they were disabled it would just be like riding around in an older car that isn't as safe as modern cars.
I actually can't believe someone would sell these things in today's world. Guy is going to get sued for sure. The OEM impact bar is part of a system. It isn't just a big metal bumper. It is engineered to react in a crash in a specific way. Everything is changed with this pretty white "crash" bar. From the timing of the airbags to how much force it takes to deform the cabin.
@@Duraguy If it was made out of the strongest material on Earth or Kryptonite it would be unsafe unless it was crash tested by Ford. The airbags have to deploy at the exact proper time or they don't necessarily help you. They can actually kill you if they go off too late. Go off too early and they aren't fully inflated when you make contact.

I would leave the stock grill but sand down the sides so the holes are all even.
