I can tell you what are the “consequences”: You health gets better, you get more sleep, you can see the world, you can touch grass, you can spend time with your family and friends, you can spend your money on more important things, you can play other casual games and not be “scared” that you lose progress, you can basically get your life back.

One thing I’ve learned playing ROK is that efficiency is key to not burn out. ROK doesn’t need to be s/ucking your life force, you can still be competitive with a good 1-2 hours of gameplay a day while avoiding most of the situations you stated

Until you realise how precious time really is.
1-2 hours a day is 15-30 days a year spend on playing a mobile game.
Yes life is suppose to be fun and as long as it's fun you are getting in return it might be worthwile, but for me I rather spend that time on stuff that actually progresses me in life.

I migrated from 1093 five months ago after being there for nearly 4 years. I can honestly say that it was the best thing i ever did. I moved to a lower seed and love it Being in an imperium kingdom is stressfull and it's a game after all. Good luck in your next kingdom. Thanks as always for the content.

Best thing I ever did in this game was get out of leadership. I was R5/rotating king and man, that shit is painful and has a real effect on your real life. Now I'm a happy R3 in a new kd, I often take breaks and play when I want to. I do miss the leadership drama and inside knowledge but for real world balance getting out of leadership was a great choice for me.

ive quit many times, it makes it hard to migrate or for new people to approach you but the game itself is recoverable, u play optimally instead of with burn out so u get 10x more done when u play refresehd,

So if I don't log in for 30 days I can choose to go to another kingdom even over 10 million? I now have 18 million account that was zeroed, if I farm they attack, I need to leave. I have 30 day wait period because I just come here and got attacked within hours. I just come here at random because my old kingdom was dead. Please let me know if you were able? I checked for your next video and can't find it, and no one else has video on this.
