Also, her son's employer would have to get involved by EEOC laws even if the harasser is not an employee, so they would open their own investigation. If Luis didn't make the call, he could and would easily prove himself innocent by his phone records. He would be threatening to sue for defamation, but he won't because his phone records would be subpoenad and the call will be there. A spoof call will not be on his phone records. If he made the call himself, it will be on his phone record. They most likely have seen his phone records. If it didn't happen, NBC, Bravo, Andy would dispute what Marge has said since this is legal department stuff and not silly gossip.

Were charged filed against Teresa or Luis? Was anyone indicted or arrested? If the answer is no, then the police had insufficient evidence of Margaret's claims. I also find it odd that she went on and on all season about Luis and his harassment, talking about him calling her adult stepson. She took screen shots and everything. But now when we want to see her police report, she isn't going to show it because its no one elses business and she doesn't want to involve her adult stepson because he has never been a part of the show. We also saw Joe Gorga fight several times on the show, but luis is the problem? Melissa lied about being a stripper and not knowing the manager from Lookers strip club. So tired of the hypocrisy of the show. I absolutely believe Luis was made to be the scapegoat for a show that was already going downhill because of Bravo alone. I really hope Teresa and her friends/family get a new show on a new network and stick it to Bravo
