Hi Yvonne, Your content is great! I think you could show what your workflow is on a mock project. You could talk about your personal journey to content design. You could talk about the dynamics of working with other team members like a UX designer and Engineer.
maybe you can share something like how to be a content designer even the language you using is not your first language? i know that will be more challenge, and more fun too~
